Modern townhome with pool, AC, W/D, grill, and private patio

This unit was right next to the pool area and had parking very vlose

The communication from the host is terrible you don’t get a response until after 17 hours later and the sheets on the bed were not clean I made a report pertaining to the property and I received absolutely no response at all the host didn’t inform me that there was a order put in for something to be fixed at the property I received a text message from someone I don’t know about coming to fix something which was a definite no and I didn’t give permission to disclose my number with anyone

Great communication from the hosts. Clean unit with a cute interior. Nice for a small family (4ppl max) or a couple. Walkable to Adobe and 4 peaks park. A quick drive into the heart of fountain hills. Will definitely recommend to other friends and family. The kitchen was fully equipped with cups, plates, utensils and cookware - although it wasn't needed for this stay. The patio is a nice size and perfect for a morning coffee on the two rocking chairs. Easy checkin/checkout. Great price point!

This property felt very low-end for the money. Everything from the mostly metal furniture to the tissue thin paper towels felt very cheap. The community pool was tiny and unheated (not really an amenity). The tiny patio overlooks the alleyway. It was clean and adequate as a place to sleep but we have stayed in other VRBOs in Fountain Hills that were much nicer.

Great location for hitting up the McDowell Mountains.

In the information about this property it states that it sleeps 6, 3 queen beds. Upon arrival we discovered one of the “queen beds” was a sofa bed and definitely not a queen size. It was so uncomfortable nobody could sleep on it. 2 of my kids made beds with the sofa cushions. When we first arrived it looked clean but when we climbed into bed that night we found dirty socks in one of the beds. The bath tub does not drain so you are standing in water while you are showering. There were 2 small things of shampoo and soap for our 4 night stay with 5 travelers so we had to go buy our own stuff. There was no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. The community pool is hardly bigger than a hot tub and there was no way to get in since it has a lock and the key was nowhere to be found. We tried contacting the property manager and spoke with 3 people, none of which were helpful. There was no swimming which was a huge disappointment to my kids. Overall we had a horrible experience. The reason we rented this was to have enough beds for everyone which obviously didn’t happen. Save yourself the frustration and rent a hotel room.

Apartment style , bed was so uncomfortable that we had to move the mattress to the floor It was adequate for the price we paid . We never used any facilities - there was no laundry detergent to wash clothes or linens , so grab some at the Safeway before you arrive . The kitchen has everything you need except no coffee like other places so gray that too No extra room for parking . Overall great location , and adequate stay ., well priced , thank you
