Stayed Apr 5, 2026The location was excellent with shopping and dining all within walking distance. We found the condo very clean with paper products and water delivered upon our arrival. We found the beach a little far to walk with towels, drinks and chairs but perfect for a morning or evening walk.

Stayed Mar 1, 2026Great location if you want to walk to 5th avenue and 3rd street Naples. So many great restaurants within walking distance. Very clean. Quiet location. We really enjoyed walking all over old Naples and this location is really advantageous for that. Host was very responsive to our needs. We would stay here again in the future. The condo does have 2 flights of stairs with no elevator which was not a problem for us (we got our steps in daily!) but may be an issue for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Stayed Jan 31, 2026Excellent location. Hosts were very responsive to questions and were extremely pleasant. Immediately responded to thermostat issue with a visit to reprogram the unit. Walking distance to beach, restaurants & downtown shopping. 4 separate balconies!!!
