The property is beautiful and tucked away. It provides the feeling of being away from Austin proper with immediately access to Austin's diverse dining experiences. The modern interior, its amenities, and coziness made our stay a joy.

We loved the location with great hiking trails and an excellent view of Austin skyline. We had some trouble with check-in (wrong wi-fi ID / PW). We had low pressure in upstairs bath on Friday AM & lost hot water completely on Sat AM (tankless water heater failure). We got to visit with all eight (8) of our kids across the holiday weekend so mission accomplished.

Host was amazing, everything went smooth. Overall great experience, would recommend if you’re looking for something that’s nice simple and easy access to everything.

Great location close to COTA where we saw the NKOTB concert! Clean and cute house!

Great stay in this cute little duplex. Everything was clean and fresh, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Parking was easy and secure with the electric gate that closed. Neighborhood is up and coming w mix of old and new homes, but unit is very new and nice! Great view of the city!

Very clean & everything was new. We will definitely stay again next year.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a very nice house with everything you needed. I loved that they had games to play already at the house and a great view on the balcony. The property manager was extremely responsive and ensured we had the best stay possible. Another great piece is that you can close the gate off to the property which makes it feel like your own oasis! We played cornhole on the driveway and enjoyed the secluded space. We went out at night and our Ubers were quick to arrive and ranged from $15-$30 depending on the time which I thought was very reasonable. I wouldn't go walking around the neighborhood at night but you can tell it is definitely an up-and-coming area with some really neat newly built houses. With the gate and security features, it felt 100% safe.

Easy Uber/Lyft to downtown, the area wasn’t very walkable but it was easy to get to downtown and a great home hub for exploring Austin and had a great view of the city at night. The place was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more towels, games and linens than we knew what to do with. Bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable I slept better than on my regular mattress at home. Can not recommend this place more it was literally perfect!
