Modern & Spacious Tampa Home 3bed 2bath + backyard Lanai. Great location!

This property was a very nice home for me and my sibblings with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lived the game room area.

The property looks just like the pictures on the website. Exceptional property, great host , very accommodating and quick communication response .

This house was more than enough room for the 5 of us. My wife and I shared the master and everyone else had their own bedroom. The screened in patio was nice and the game room in the garage was probably where we stayed the most. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast on several occasions. The area location on the property was good. The house was clean. Only thing we were older and the climbing up and down stairs was different for us, but we managed. The stay was nice. Thank you.

Wife and friends had a great stay! There was no iron but property owner had a new one delivered almost immediately! Great service!

This vacation home was liveable, but was not luxury as described in the listing. The front entry closet door was off the track and we couldn't fix it, so it drug on the floor and hung loose any time it was opened. The screened in porch had several torn screens, a rusted door with a torn screen and was not clean. When we arrived, the kitchen had little or no supplies of items that should be standard (i.e., 3 dinner knives, 5 dinner forks, 2 coffee cups, no pot holders, no sink stopper). There was syrup and salt & pepper spilled in the cupboards. There were 4 bedrooms in the house and only one dresser for clothing in the whole house. There was also only one useable closet, though there was a stand-alone clothes rack in the master bedroom. The game room was a nice feature, but the pool table was not level and the pool cues had no tips and no chalk. The air hockey table had a broken goal and the darts for the dart board had broken tips. There was a leak in the downstairs bathroom sink, which was reported to the owner but never fixed, so we could not use that sink by the end of our stay as we didn't want to damage the rug and floor. The general cleanliness was OK but when we swept the floors, there was a lot of dirt and hair under the rugs and a lot of crud under the rim of the master bath toilet. We stayed at this property for 4 weeks, so after 2 weeks we reported a cumulative list to the owner. We received items mentioned previously (dishes, silverware, pot holders) but nothing was done to address any of the other issues in the remaining 2 weeks we had there. This review is not written to be vindictive but for awareness for future guests. Again, I would describe this property as liveable but definitely not luxury!
