This house was perfect for our family needs! Quiet safe neighborhood with easy access to main road and close to where the graduation was on campus the only weird thing was finding how to turn on the lights downstairsWe loved the coffee bar set up!

We booked the house for our daughter’s graduation from K State. It functioned really well for 9 adults for 3 days. It had everything we needed, including chairs and a grill outside, The property manager was very flexible and responsive. Location is super convenient to downtown and campus. Cute neighborhood. I would also add that there was a comment in another review about barking dogs next door: they did bark on occasion, but not excessively or aggressively. Not an issue for us at all.

My husband and I brought our parents and sibling to visit our son, who works at K-State for Thanksgiving. This rental was the perfect location to Bill Snyder Stadium; takes less than 5 min. To get there. Appreciated the large table as there was plenty of room for dinner. The house was nice and clean and it was good for the price. There are things at this rental that should be finished/fixed. For example, almost all of the outlets won’t hold a plug, they just fall right out, the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom in the shower is not finished and the yard was a mess. Not the fault of the owner of this rental but the neighbors dogs barked for hours two of the days. Again, great location and close to campus. Thanks for the stay! Would potentially rent again.

Great property, fit the needs of our group really well. Lots of room and a well kept place.

Great for our large family group that met and stayed in Manhattan! Lots of sleeping arrangement options, open dining / living room concept that gave everyone a place to be together and hang out.

Things we liked about this place were that is was clean when we arrived and very cool. Plenty of towels and a nice coffee bar
