Modern & Spacious Garden City Home w/ Pool Access!

Beautiful home in a wonderful community. The home is well stocked and provided all of our needs. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful 4 day vacation staying in this charming and beautifully furnished home. The host has thought of every possible need and convenience for guests, especially families. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, baking, you name it, it’s there. The linens are white, clean, and in perfect condition. Extra blankets in each bedroom. We had plenty of space to gather in the kitchen area. Loved the functionality of the large island and how it accommodated our 8 grandchildren. The location was perfect. We definitely recommend this home and hope to be back.

I've never stayed in a more comfortable rental for a trip!The home had any amenity or accessory we could think of, was in a great location, and was incredibly comfortable for our large group.The grocery store is a short walk away and the lake wasn't far. Our group could easily do things together or split up for activities.Our whole party loved this location so much, we've planned to stay here again in future years. We can't wait to be back!

We loved our stay at this home! I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. There is a large kitchen that is fully stocked with cups plates pots and pans... everything we needed to feel right at home. There is plenty of room, and the kids LOVED the bunk beds, which are full sized beds. The home is located in a great location, close to a grocery store and the lake. The owner is so friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had about our upcoming stay. We will definately stay here again.

New property in new neighborhood. we needed to contact maintenance for a small problem and they responded immediately. We enjoyed the property.

The property was very clean and new. The cookware and kitchen appliance were new. The beds were very comfortable. There is a large space with lots of seating upstairs for the family to gather and play games. Proximity to Bear Lake was nice. There is a small store within walking distance. Beautiful property we will definitely rent this property again in the near future.

This house was AMAZING! All the finishes and space was more than we could have hoped for. They had just installed AC and it was so cool inside. We loved how many blankets they had in every room and the 2 laundry rooms! We also took full advantage of the community pool and boat parking that was in walking distance. these owners really thought of everything when they stocked this house.

The property is very nice and well taken care of. The full bathrooms were a plus. Having two laundry rooms really helped. Loved the location. We didn’t go to the pool. We would have enjoyed a private hot tub on site but it wasn’t a big issue as we spent most of our time at the lake. The kitchen was great. The people we worked with were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely book this home again

Great home layout for a family gather. Beautifully decorated and enough beds for all. The common areas are spacious and there’s all the amenities needed for a weekend by the lake. There’s also a small patio with a grill on the back! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was well, very clean, and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen is well appointed. The neighborhood is under going a lot of construction and the outside area is not very appealing. Close to the marina but no easy access to the lake.
