Modern & Spacious Downtown Pismo Beach Townhouse

The upstairs patio and balconies had beautiful views of the ocean. Our dog loved running around and up and down the stairs.

Very clean, spacious, well maintained. Walking distance to pier, beach, restaurants.

The property is extremely clean and in a great location.

House was within walking distance from restaurants, beach etc. We had 3 full bathrooms which was very helpful. House was fairly clean, some areas like the furniture could’ve used some attention and cobwebs / spiders outside the front door. Otherwise the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We would stay there again.

Such a great space and location! Check in was easy and the home was clean. Everything was ready for us to use and prepared. Would definitely book here again!

The condo was spacious and private and there were spectacular ocean views from several balconies. It should be noted that there are stairs at the foyer entrance and stairs inside the unit. The large dining table and outdoor table on the terrace were great for our group of 6. Walk 1 block to coffee and eats, 2 blocks to the pier!

Every time the smoke detector goes off (in the LIVING ROOM) when we are cooking. We have the fan on high, but need to open the doors as well. We were told it is because of HEAT, not SMOKE! 🤦‍♀️ It happened sautéing mushrooms, really?!? Also, the oven was unusable due to an error code. Since we have all 3 condos for the week, none of this was a problem for us. Everything is within walking distance, which is great because parking is ridiculous in the summer. I would highly recommend these condos!

We spent the night of July 4 on the deck watching ALL the fireworks up and down the coast and a perfect view of the fireworks from the Pismo Pier. The condo was clean and a great fit for our group.

Perfect! View from master bedroom was wonderful.

Loved everything about the property. Only recommendation is to have a selection of games available for guests. Would stay again!

Oven wasn't working and I was not notified even though the rental company knew of the problem. The floors were very dirty. Walked in socks and bare feet when we arrived and both were black from the floors. Also found trash under a bed.

Not sure if it was just because it was a flip and busy time with the holiday but it seems it was just wiped down and about it. Our towels and beds had hairs in them that was not from pets. The balconies were extremely dirty and had to clean one of them myself to enjoy outside like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The bbq looked like someone just used it. The guest shower upstairs the drain was clogged and had to unclog it myself and was quite gross. For the high price we paid I would have expected better. Great house tho and recommend. Just needed more attention in being cleaned.
