This private basement suite has its own separate entrance — ideal for groups and families. Please note: it is a daylight basement, so stairs are required to reach the space.

A Note About the Property

The main homeowners live upstairs. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your separate suite, but you may hear normal household sounds. Friendly dogs live on the property (they are not allowed in the guest suite), and therefore this space is not pet-friendly. We disclose this upfront so guests can book with confidence and avoid surprises.
