Nestled among trees and mountains, this good-vibes, 2-bedroom ski-in townhome is ideal for families or couples looking for a tranquil and convenient ski/snowboard or mountain biking holiday. The upstairs includes a king bedroom, bathroom and balcony with a private 4-person hot tub. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen/twin bunkand full-size trundle pull-out combo as well as a separate bathroom. Secure garage parking/bike lockup is included.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Arrowhead Point is a beautiful ski-in townhouse complex located in the desirable Blackcomb Mountain Benchlands of the Upper Whistler Village. It’s just a short walk or free shuttle ride to Lost Lake, the Village and other amenities.

We are stoked to be sharing our little slice of heavenly peace and solitude with you! Whether you’re into hiking, running, mountain biking, road biking, paddle boarding, skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, golfing, spa-ing, shopping or dining out, there is something to keep you busy here at any time of year.

Enjoy the local wildlife - feed the Canada Jays (Whisky Jacks) from your hand on our main floor balcony, spot the squirrels and bunnies darting through the complex, catch a glimpse of a coyote slinking by or even the occasional black bear ambling down the walkway! Whistler is a wilderness paradise like no other.

You'll love the beautiful network of trails criss-crossing over streams, through parks and into town. Kids will love the Whistler skate park and bike pump track - about a 5 min ride from our place. Check out the gorgeous new Whistler Public Library, the Audain Art Museum, the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre. The possibilities are endless. Whistler has invested amazing resources in recreation, arts, and culture and it's all here for you to enjoy. We hope you love it as much as we do!

SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS:
True ski-in/ski-out places are quite rare in Whistler. Most neighbourhoods require a short bus or car ride to the Village, and then a walk from the day lots to the lifts. Our condo is 300 steps (2-3 min walk) to the Merlins/Lower Cruiser run, accessed by a short path alongside the Blackcomb Springs Suites. Click on your skis or strap into your board here and start your first run down to the Wizard Express and the Blackcomb Gondola. At the end of the day, ski right into the complex via the Home Run path (snow conditions dependent) or enter from the same place you skied out. Alternatively, the free shuttle runs every 10-20 minutes to the Upper or Lower Villages (5 minute ride) where you can hop on the Whistler or Blackcomb Gondolas. Detailed ski-in/out pictures are included in the onsite guest book for our suite.

FREE SECURE PARKING & SHUTTLE:
Park your car in our secure parking garage and, instead of driving, take advantage of the free, year-round shuttle buses located nearby to conveniently take you to the Main Whistler Village, Upper Village, Lost Lake or the many cross country skiing locations.

Parking garage outer door has 8.5 clearance; inner door has 7.5 clearance. Secure bike storage is located inside the locked garage.

TOWNHOME AMENITIES:
We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. To that end, we stock our place with basic spices, olive oil, coffee, tea, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap and softener, board games, cards, books and magazines, a speaker. We even have a first aid kit and we keep a stash of advil and melatonin above the stove! We have a playpen and highchair for the littles, and doggie bowls and treats for our four-legged guests. Fresh St. Market is a short drive away in Whistler Village, and there's a convenience store and cold beer and wine in Blackcomb Village, which is within walking distance.

Other amenities include our private hot tub off the master bedroom, a gas fireplace in the livingroom, two portable air conditioners, and a BBQ on the back deck. We also supply boot dryers in the mudroom in the winter and lawn chairs, frisbees, and a bike pump in the summer. We try and stock everything you need for a stress-free and relaxing vacation!

FAVOURITE ACTIVITIES
Some of our favourite activities are visiting Lost Lake (20 min walk down the hill or a quick ride on the free shuttle) to swim, hike, mountain bike, walk/swim the dog, or cross-country ski in the winter.

We love the Blackcomb Ascent trail (300 steps from our condo to the lower slope of Blackcomb). Start at Blackcomb Village with Little Burn, up to Big Burn, and finally on to Heart Burn. The trail roughly follows the path of the Blackcomb Gondola - on your way see bears, deer, grouse, and marmots. For those who prefer a leisurely ascent, take the gondola the whole way, or catch it at the half-way point.

For an easier hike that's perfect for the little ones, check out the Whistler Train Wreck a short drive outside Whistler. This takes you alongside the Cheakamus River and through the site of an old train wreck. Train cars are lying in their original crash positions and have been covered in artistic graffiti. Kids can climb up on top of them and peek inside. There are also suspension bridges across the river and a whole trail network to explore.

Riding the Whistler Mountain Bike Park is a super fun way to spend a summer day. There are trails for every level, from absolute beginner to pro, and by the end of the day even beginners will be taking jumps! Bring your own bikes and use our secure bike storage locker in the parking garage, or rent bikes and all the gear you need in the Village.

No trip to Whistler is complete without a ride on the Peak-to-Peak Gondola. The gondola spans the gap between the peaks of Blackcomb and Whistler mountains - a 4.4 km/2.7 mile, 11-minute journey! The glass-bottom gondola car is worth the wait! If you're on the mountain to ski, this is the easiest way to get from Blackcomb to Whistler. If you're here in the summer, be sure and take advantage of the incredible hiking trail network around both peaks and stay for an incredible outdoor patio buffet dinner at the peak of Whistler to end your day.

Apres-ski is a big part of Whistler/Blackcomb activities. Check out the Longhorn, Dublin Gate, or Blacks Patio in Whistler, or Merlins at the base of Blackcomb for the full apres experience. RMU in Blackcomb is a little more tucked away, but a great place for a slightly lower-key after-ski drink and bite to eat.

Just to the side of the Whistler Village parking lots is an awesome skate park, pump track, and bike jump park. Great place to spend some time with the kids in the summer - so much to do, and all accessible for free!

If you're into Arts and Culture, check out the Audain Art Museum and the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre. Both are just between Blackcomb and Whistler Village and definitely worth a visit. For a very special treat, try and get a ticket to the summertime Alta & Audain gallery/dinner experience at the museum. This features an amazing dinner catered by Alta Bistro underneath the art gallery - preceded by a guided tour of the art collection. Always a highlight of our summer.

We had a fantastic stay at this townhome. The location is perfect -- a quick walk to/from the slopes in the morning/afternoon, close to the Blackcomb Village, and a longer leisurely stroll to Whistler Village. The hot tub of course was amazing after a day on the hill. What stood out about this townhouse among many we've stayed at: Errin was extremely responsive, check-in was a breeze, and the house was well-stocked. From coffee to spices, and even a dog bowl and toys! We had a great stay, and would love to visit again.

This place was great! Very short walk to ski on. VRBO & complex were very quiet. Place was fully stocked with all the kitchenware needed to make a family meal and also provided complimentary spices, shower & laundry supplies, which is so helpful. Errin (the owner) was very accommodating and always quick to respond. The ski off was a bit challenging for our skill level so we just chose to ski off the same way we skied on, which was just as easy. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay!! Communication with the host was prompt. The place was spic and span, top to bottom and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and clear and the perfect way to relax muscles at the end of a full day skiing. The fireplace was cozy. Beds and couches cozy and comfortable. The free bus shuttle was reliable and only a 30 second walk away. From the property we spotted a dozen Stellar’s Jays and many chestnut backed chickadees (for those who care about birds). We would absolutely return.

The property was a short walk to the ski mountain. Shuttle to the village was close also. We would stay again.
