Everyone really enjoyed the steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub. Great kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Issues to consider; in the afternoon the living area upstairs is unusable due to the sun blaring in. Makes it too hot and too bright. Recommend shades of some sort. Also very bright with the moon shining through sky light in master bath. Would recommend wearing eye covers when you go to bed.. Overall we really liked the house.
Loved all of it. Easy process.
Great property! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, beautiful home with amazing view. Perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!
Beds throughout the house were all the same. Maybe a bit firm for us, but doable. The house served our needs for our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous property on a lovely lot with majestic views of the mountains. The house itself is nicely furnished and well-stocked with essential supplies. The lot on which the house sits has many beautiful features, including a couple of decks and a lower patio with a firepit and hot tub. There is a water feature and a gazebo with a picnic table. The property backs onto a national forest. It is nicely located in a quiet area but close enough to be convenient for visiting Breckenridge as well as the Dillon and Frisco areas. There is a trail in the neighborhood, and while we enjoy hiking other trails in the area, it was especially nice to simply walk out the door to walk the trail closeby which has a couple of areas with creek access. The views from the deck and from the main living areas of the house are fabulous, probably 180 degree views. We have stayed in many lovely Colorado homes, but I think this property has the best views we have ever had. The linens in the house are very nice. Mattresses are new and firm. The dream kitchen was stocked with a good supply of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices as well as enough paper goods and detergents to get the visit started without having to go to the store immediately. I might suggest a few back-up towels for exchanging out when washing since the washers and dryers take a considerable amount of time and we were in and out a lot. A spare set of sheets would have also been nice. There were lots of towels provided for the hot tub. There are a couple of things to note about this property for those who have disabilities or young children. None of these comments are intended as a criticism of an amazing property, and most of what I will mention is apparent in the pictures. First, note that the large bedroom with two queens and a sleeper sofa has an exterior entrance. It requires going outside the main house in order to get to it, so it is not suitable for young chi
We were in town for a wedding in Frisco and wanted a property that was between Breckinridge and Frisco and this was the gem! 10 min to Breckinridge and 15 min to Frisco. The views from the home were just magnificent. The surrounding area of the home was great as well. Larger quiet properties with many walking trails all around. The property managers were great to work with and very quick in communication. The kitchen was great and everyone was mostly comfortable in the home. The reason for not getting 5 stars is that none of the windows had screens and you needed the windows open as the house stayed consistent at 77 degrees from the summer heat (southern facing). Fans were providing but the lack of screens introduced many bugs including a chipmunk who found his/her way in (then drowned in a toilet). The upper deck needs more comfortable outdoor furniture as well. The home was very clean and safe.
The property is very well situated; between Breckenridge and Frisco. Great to have hot tub, steam shower and Sauna. Very pleased with bedrooms, walk in showers, kitchen (two dishwashers that are very quiet), dining room, decks on main floor and ground floor (two washers and dryers). Professional pans and well stocked kitchen appliances etc. It is a hoof up the stairs from the garage and ground floor. Unfortunately, the dumb waiter was not operating which would have made grocery runs much easier. That all being said, great stay and good mountain biking. Would definitely stay in this home in Breckenridge again, particularly after staying in Nederland and Estes Park. Management was very responsive.
We visited in August and definitely do want to comment on how incredible this house is. It is GIANT and super clean and feels like nobody else has ever stayed in it. Overall, we had a spectacular trip. That said, we knew there wouldn't be AC. Not a problem at all, we love that mountain air (especially at night). Unfortunately, there aren't any screens on any windows or doors in the house, so you had to take your pick between a bug heaven OR hang out in the heat. Literally only complaint but it was one that was mentioned numerous times throughout the weekend.
Had a quiet and restful stay at this beautiful home just outside of Breckenridge. Although it was still snowing at the end of May, it was nice just to sit by the fireplaces (there are at least 3 in the home) and relax. Many comfortable sitting areas with lovely views. The surrounding area is very quiet and there are a number of trails nearby including the Colorado Trail. The management was also responsive. Very much enjoyed my time there.
