This is an extremely convenient location in Breck. This particular unit was clean and well maintained with some updates to the decor. The furniture is nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchen is older and not perfect but good enough. If you want to walk out your door and head directly to the mountain, this is the place to stay. It's also walkable to all my favorite restaurants. One criticism of management is that they were supposed to text me when the room was ready - this was scheduled for 4 pm. I waited around for a couple of hours and by 5 o'clock I had to call and find out why I didn't have room access - apparently they mis-typed my phone number. Also, there is an App to access the room and parking - it works but a little buggy on my I-phone. This is all a new system and may need refinement. I would rather just have a key card. But the people at Ski Colorado are always very nice, helpful and responsive. p.s. I put new batteries in the TV remote - they were dead.
