Home happily welcomes 1-2 dogs as guests, but kindly request they are potty trained and well-behaved during their stay. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the home at anytime. Let's ensure that all of our guests and neighbors, both furry and not, have an exceptional experience.

Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).

* Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, per homeowners insurance policy
* Arrival and Departure Times are shown above.
* No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises.
* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect (quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am) which may require decibel meters in outdoor areas in residential zones. These are not listening devices.
* Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance!
* Rates change daily - until booking is confirmed and 2 steps above are completed

    The kitchen of this home was well appointed. We had everything we neede except the groceries. The master suite was outstanding!. The other two bedrooms were nice as well. The backyard was very nice and comfortable. This home is conveniently located near the beach. We were able to walk to the beach and park area. We would definitely be willing to stay there again.

    This property was perfect for us and we loved our 4 day vacation here. We know the neighborhood from previous visits and it is great, but even better with the location of this property. We walked to the beach and the park. The kitchen is fantastic and so well equipped. We cooked all of our meals and enjoyed the yard and the hot tub. The master suite and bathroom is mind blowing, but all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great as well. Thank you for letting us stay in this special house!

    The house is everything you see in the pictures—and so much more! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful parks and beaches in Santa Barbara.The house has everything you could wish for and more. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and managed exceptionally well. The only thing we realized we were missing was a blanket to sit on the couch and watch TV. We mentioned it upon arrival, and first thing in the morning, we received three super fluffy and cozy blankets—such a thoughtful touch!The backyard is fantastic, and the kitchen is exceptional!

    My husband and I booked the Modern Sea Scape property - mainly because they allowed dogs. We took both of ours and couldn’t have had a better vacation. This home was extremely comfortable and located in a charming neighborhood. Great location- we were able to walk to the pier and all around the Funk Zone. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a joy. Place had everything we needed. Great communication with the property management company- Haller Coastal Homes Will definitely rent here again. Zero complaints. Two thumbs up!!!!

    We rented this property for my husband’s birthday celebration and it was perfect for our family. I have a two year old granddaughter and the house was safe and accessible for a toddler- great backyard to run around and the proximity to the park with a playground was an awesome bonus! Due to the location being in a residential area it is a little further from downtown and state street- but worth it for peace and quiet and the location’s other amenities. I have been telling all of our friends to rent this house for their next family gathering!
