Stayed Jun 6, 2025Location was wonderful, just a brief walk to town. The bedrooms were comfortable. Downstairs living area and kitchen accommodated 6 of us easily.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023Two of the three beds were comfortable. All had nice linens and pillows. House is on a street in a neighborhood that is turning over. As previous renter mentioned, nicer inside than out. Bathrooms are basic. Kitchen is functional. AC unit downstairs is vey effective as is the one unit in the front bedroom upstairs. Other two bedrooms could use a window AC unit. Owner very communicative with a couple of minor issues during our stay. House across the street is under construction which starts at 715am sharp. Houses are very close together and very close to the street in this part of town. Quick walk to Broadway. Need to Uber to the track.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023This is a great property nice decor, short walk to downtown, a short ride to track. Kitchen is well equipped and beds were comfortable. Only drawback was two rooms without A/C - hot in summer.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023Great place near where I wanted to be. Had a brief issue with lock code being wrong. No a/c in two of 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans only and outside temp was over 90 degrees. A/C in master only and downstairs. Nice to be able to pair Spotify to Roku TV.

Stayed Aug 23, 2022Nice location in walking distance to shops and restaurants on Broadway. Decorated nicely and felt safe in the location. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in the master bedroom was comfortable but none in the other bedrooms made it warm at night.
