Spacious and convenient- easy to get an Uber to downtown Savannah

Very nice neighborhood, very clean house! 10/10!

House had plenty of space, everyone had their own room. The neighborhood was good and everyone had a good time. We did not use the outside because it was cold and windy but did think it was a pleasant back yard with nice features.

Had a great weekend in Savannah/Tybee Island, despite the rainy weather. Our host, Jimmy, was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. The home was neat, clean and conveniently located.

The house had plenty of room for 5 guests and Jimmy was quick to respond to any issues that came up during our stay.

From my first interaction to check out it was the perfect stay. I would highly recommend this house and host to anyone.

Had a lovely time at this property. Comfortable beds with much needed excellent air conditioning. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Ideal location for Downtown Savannah and Tybee island. Would recommend.

Great find on Vrbo. House was perfect for our family vacation. In a nice quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes to Tybee and Savannah. Would definitely stay again!

Property was clean, looked like the pictures, neighborhood was quiet. Convenient to grocery store and food options. We had a great girl's getaway, would highly recommend this property.

It was very comfortable. Nice back yard area. We were on the Golf Course most of the time so didn’t really get a chance to take advantage of it. Lots of good restaurants around the area and Publix right behind the house. We will stay again next year if available!

Sorry but this place was extremely disappointing, tired-looking, a bit dirty, especially the floors and filthy rugs. The bathrooms were ok but the towels were dingy and poor quality. I was embarrassed to have my family gather here. It was rated 9.6, that is VERY inaccurate and I am very unhappy with VRBO after this experience

The property looked beautiful online but several things were disappointing. Con’s-The carpets, the dining room chairs and the master bathroom floor behind the door appeared dirty (Pictures available) and the bath towels smelled musty. Pros-the beds and sheets were comfortable, location worked with our plans. Due to incoming Hurricane Helene, we had to leave early-so glad we did. We would have been stuck for days. Thankfully host refunded the unused nights.

Overall this was such a great house for an adult family trip. We loved the couch, table, and open kitchen. There were a couple of things that were not described fully in the listing/ we didn’t think about ourselves: - the 4th bedroom is a converted garage that does not get A/C without the door being left open to the kitchen. - the door to the backyard does not have a screen door and the mosquitoes are aggressive so there was no having the door open for some people to be seated outside and others indoors for socialization or airing out the house after cooking bacon. - there were some kitchen appliances that were really gross or broken when we got there. Hopefully the owner has replaced these and talked with the cleaners about making sure all dishes are in fact clean before leaving it for the new guests.

Great location and easy to get to Savannah and Tybee Island. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Only two things - both beach umberellas were broken and some of the beach chairs where rusted and not usable. But these were just minor things and we enjoyed the house and amenities! We would stay again.
