Stayed May 17, 2025First I will say that our stay was successful and our group of 8 had everything we needed. But I do want to give both positive and negative feedback so that the host can make needed improvements. The home is in an older very mixed neighborhood . This home is newer than the other homes nearby . It is fairly centrally located to downtown and uptown but not with in walking distance to anything . The area felt a bit run down . The house inside desperately needs paint downstairs . The walls are damaged in a couple areas, the paint is filthy and the stairway rail was grimey . We regularly travel and rent homes and I am a property manager by trade so I try to be fair in my reviews and this home needs to be repainted at least downstairs and the stairway areas. The kitchen cabinets also need painting badly . It makes a nice house look unsanitary . The bathrooms had nice tile and style. The flooring was clean and fresh looking , The beds were comfy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with whatever we needed to cook with . There could have been more cleaning supplies to wash the counters. Also we didnt have enough silverware . They had two coffee makers and k cups there for you to use . The bathrooms were clean but not well stocked . No “extras” like some places provide and the towels were the cheap type . The backyard was. Nice . The garage is short so be aware. The host was fast to respond and easy to work with . The space in the home is nice .

Stayed Dec 17, 2023The kids enjoyed the stay. House is lovely. I will say there were no lights in backyard and there firepit did not work. this was college graduation ceremony and we planned on staying outside playing games but due to the cold and the lack of lights, we were unable to do this. House was large and my girls enjoyed it.
