Stayed Dec 20, 2025Overall , I would say the property was mostly positive, however, there were some obvious misses by the property management group handling this place. If you look at the photos online of the property, I would say those are largely accurate. Shortcomings. #1 and this is the one that will probably will annoy the most people : You cannot sign into the WIFI without agreeing to get their marketing emails! I think most people are over marketing emails and we did not sign up and just relied on our own providers for the duration of the trip. Having done these trips now for awhile, we also have food product shipped to the house, that can be easily prepared/consumed on nights where we come back late from an excursion, or someone is arriving late. We had 4 shipments this year, all of which got to the property, but only 3 of which we ever saw. One of the shipped items arrived a day earlier to our stay, which has happened to us in the past, usually no big deal, as they are all shipped with enough ice packs or dri-ice to survive a day or two outside if they had to But somehow vanished without a trace from the conscientious prior guest, to our arrival just a few hours later. After much back and forth, no compensation was ever offered and they seemed to backtrack from ever acknowledging the prior guest had put it in the fridge. Other issues- bulbs out, Mini-fridge outside didn't work, ice maker frozen up, neighborhood not great(community center across st). Lookin elsewhere next yr

Stayed Dec 3, 2025I want to commend Dylan. We are 3 old ladies and he was very patient guiding us to our rental and then staying on the phone until we were inside to make sure we had no problem. Superb customer service. The house was in great condition. Very clean, good quality furnishings. They had a great decorator when this house was remodeled.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025The house was seriously cool and perfect size and design wise for our stay. We did have some maintenance issues though and had no hot water for showers for 7 adults for 3 nights. The dishwasher also leaked and was broken on the bottom. I communicated with Goodnight and they were very responsive but nothing was fixed during our stay. I also ordered pool heat and it was off when we went to get into the pool the first day. Luckily, we have a similar heater and were able to just turn it on but it would have been nice the first night. Overall, this was a really great property and we had a fantastic time. We cooked, swam in the pool and enjoyed the pool table and living spaces.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Just as advertised! Loved the location and the house. Clean, well stocked. We did have issues with the hot water heater and had to run two showers at once to get it to work. I did tell the host, they sent someone to work on it right away but they didn’t fix it. So we had to work around. Also, the landscape folks showed up unannounced and came in the back yard, which caught us off guard. Over all we loved it and would stay again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025It was a great stay in Arizona, wish it didn't rain, but the VRBO was in great shape and was a good stay. When it rained their were some leaks in the house, but when I contacted the owner of the VRBO they were quick to come out and help.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025The home is beautiful! The living space is huge! The pool is beautiful as well as the outside space. However, two of the bathroom sinks have no nwater pressure, as well as two of the showers. Only one shower in the house worked. The owners were notified by did not send anyone to fix it. The bunk bed is rickety and bent. The accent and dining chairs are wobbly. A guest tried to sit on one of the accent chairs. He hadn't even put all of weight on it and one of the legs snapped. Because his weight wasn't on the chair, he didn’t fall on the tile, but could have been injured.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This property was amazing! We stayed with two family’s (9 people total) and it was the perfect proximity to Phoenix and downtown Scottsdale. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the hot days and cooler nights! Definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We stayed here for a weekend as we were going to Scottsdale for Spring Training and my bachelor party. We had heard great things about Old Town Scottsdale.It was great proximity to food and nightlife as well as a number of ballparks giving us options. Everything was incredibly clean and easy checking in and checking out. We had a great time and actually spent more time hanging out in the house than we did out at bars. We loved playing pool and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. (Also the couch was REALLY comfortable.)Would absolutely stay here again if I were to return to the area.Thank you again, GoodNight team!
