Modern Romantic Tropical Poolside Retreat!

BBQ was broken laying on the ground outside without legs in the backyard. Rooster next door. Sent us the wrong code so we couldn’t access the home when we arrived.

House was nicely updated. Beds were comfortable, A/C was good, kitchen had everything available to cook a meal. The only downside was the neighborhood. It was just a little rough for our taste. Having said that, we did feel safe, and there were available restaurants nearby as well as a Publix, which was less than 5 min away. The airplanes flying in and out of airport did not affect us sleeping. Overall, it was a good stay, and we would stay here again.

Extremely quiet neighborhood. It's a very beautiful, modern, spacious home! Tons of kitchen and dining space. Rooms were cozy and inviting. Living room allowed all members of my family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler) to hang out at once. Well stocked with the household essentials. Home just as pictured. Outdoor living was the best!! We absolutely LOVED the pool!! Plenty of seating. Home is close to airport, grocery store, zoo, beaches, shopping and entertainment. Negative review: Upon arrival, it was obvious the trash bin was not emptied. So there was a foul odor walking up to the home. The keyless entry and indoor knob broke. We could leave through a side gate but house wouldn't be secured. Communication with the property management/maintenance was not as expected but they were apologetic and the issue was finally resolved after multiple calls. The gas grill is old and rusted. Suggested to management it needs removed or replaced.

Everything was perfect we would rent again. Thanks to the staff we really enjoyed our stay.

We decided to book this property so our three kids could enjoy spring break while my husband and I attended some sessions at the nearby convention center. The house was just as pictured (except for some changes to the outdoor furniture) and beautiful! We were delighted to find unexpected extras like pool floats and a cappuccino machine with coffee already stocked. Excellent communication with the property management. We had a small issue with a toilet and couldn’t find all the towels but they immediately helped.The other houses in the neighborhood aren’t as well kept or renovated but we didn’t feel unsafe. Yes, it’s close to the airport but that’s convenient and comes along with hearing airplanes! Our drive to the convention center and airport was 10 minutes. We had a 50 minute drive out to the Everglades to take an airboat tour. It was a wonderful stay we will remember for years!

The house is very convenient to the airport. We came for Spring Training baseball, but also enjoyed the zoo, playgrounds & beach. But the pool at the house was great.

Our family loved staying here! Lots of room, squeaky clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen great for meal prep, large table for family meals. Plenty of dishes, flatware and cookware. Pool was sparkling, shallow end was good for our toddler granddaughter. Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges perfect for hanging out. Second stay at this property, will be back again.

We loved our stay here! The backyard/pool was incredibly private and peaceful. Easy access to the grocery store and highway. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit West Palm Beach.
