Stayed Jan 16, 2025Our family had such a comfortable stay. Close to skiing and a short drive to the adorable town of Ellicottville’s shops and restaurants.Communication with the owner of this property was easy, very responsive. The beds, and linens were comfy, and the unit was clean and cozy. Maintenance did a great job of keeping the walkways and steps cleared of snow and ice. We will rent again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2023My friends and I enjoyed being able to spread out in this 3 bedroom condo. As someone else had commented, there are a lot of stairs so be prepared. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. We had a great stay.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022The property was even nicer in person than the photos. The unit was clean and cozy and the hosts were responsive and helpful regarding any direct communication. The location was perfect for our family as we have season’s passes for Holiday Valley and it was just a short drive to the lifts but also close to town and shops/restaurants. We will definitely try to book again!

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Very nice property, close to Ellicottville town center, which was great since we had our race there. Plenty of room for all of us. The house is very quick in responding to any questions, would stay here again.
