The spacious open-concept living area offers plenty of room to relax and gather, while the fully equipped kitchen with a center island makes preparing meals easy. The dining table seats up to 12 guests, creating the perfect space to enjoy meals together. The private master bedroom is located in the left wing and includes two queen beds, a Smart Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. On the right wing, you’ll find three guest bedrooms, each with two full beds, a Roku TV, and closet space — perfect for adults, kids, or extended groups. The private, fully fenced backyard is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a covered patio, BBQ grill, sparkling pool, fire pit, hammocks, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Whether you’re grilling, swimming, sunbathing, or unwinding under the stars, this home offers everything you need for a memorable Hollywood stay.

For everyone's safety and compliance, only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the designated spaces.

Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent are provided as complimentary starter supplies.



🌴 Seasonal Note

Enjoy the pool year-round! During the cooler winter months, water temperatures may vary depending on the weather.



🏡 House Harmony

Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful by keeping outdoor noise low after 9:00 PM.

If city officials visit the property for any reason, simply give us a call so we can assist.



🛠️ Property Care

Landscaping is performed once a month and may require brief access to the backyard.

Pool service is scheduled every Monday and Thursday through the side gate to keep the pool sparkling and ready for your enjoyment.

If anything isn't working properly, let me know—I will arrange maintenance as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.



📦 Deliveries

If you're expecting packages, please schedule them to arrive during your stay. We're unable to receive, store, or forward deliveries.
