Bright and modern vacation home located on a lovely plot in Skaven Strand. The cottage was completed in 2022 and is spacious and inviting throughout. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open plan, and the living room also has direct access to a lovely, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and while the steaks are sizzling in the pan, you can keep an eye on the rest of the family's social activities. The heat pump is centrally located in the house, contributing to a comfortable indoor climate all year round.The cottage can accommodate 6 guests, and with 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 of which have double beds - and 2 bathrooms, one of which even has a spa bath, there is plenty of room for everyone.A large utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and plenty of closet space also serves as the entrance to the cottage, and here, practicality has really been taken into consideration. The cottage has tile floors in the kitchen, utility room, and both bathrooms. The rest of the house has light, practical wooden floors.Skaven Strand is a wonderful area with activities for the whole family. Take a walk along the beach or visit the small, cozy harbor. Head to the playground, take a picnic basket to the bonfire hut by the harbor, or visit the campground's ice cream shop—everything is within walking distance of the cottage.A really lovely vacation home in Skaven Strand with free final cleaning!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
