Modern Rancher on Lake Lanier in Gainesville

We needed a place that had four separate bedrooms. We also had pets, and the property had plenty of space for them. We had a beautiful stay and the house had everything we needed. We also could get to shopping and restaurants close by. The host provided a treat for us and the dogs!

This home was fabulous. It was so very clean and beautiful Lynn decorated. The location for us was perfect. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Fishing,campfires and s’mores.

My family rented this cute ranch house for the 4th of July weekend. We had so much fun fishing, swimming and spending quality time together playing games. The owner was very friendly and responsive with communication. The house is decorated nicely and very clean. The lake cove is not very deep, but is quiet, calm, and private. The walk to and from the lake is a bit long, but not steep thankfully. The only negative was the basketball game was broken so we weren't able to use it and the kids were looking forward to it. (owner said it's being repaired) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again!

Great stay on the lake

We had the most wonderful family vacation here! The kids wanted to move in and honestly so did we! 10/10 for sure!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake access rental! From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations! The game room was fun for all of us. The home was immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable… with room enough for everyone to feel at home!

This home is very nice with several varied functions. The beautiful clean statement colors of white, gray, wood and well-selected decor set a tone for conversation. Always set up for movie night or time in the separate game room. There is a gentle walk to the lake with a good view of the lake from the back porch or inside the 2nd living room.

This is a home I highly recommend. The owner was great to work with and the home has a great layout for entertaining, cooking, playing games and watching movies. It's spacious and we never felt cramped. We had a women's type of family retreat and it was perfect for February when the weather was chilly and it was good to stay inside. However, we all said we'd like to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. The owner was very generous in providing the extras like paper towel, tin foil, and the like and had a nice bowl of snacks upon arrival. Every bathroom was well equipped and you can tell the owner takes great care and pride in this property. We hope to go back there in the summer!

We had a group of friends stay--3 moms and 3 girls. There was plenty of room for all of us. Each mom had her own room, and the girls slept together in the game room. The game room had lots of activities for them, too!The kitchen was well-equipped and met all of our needs. We appreciated the snacks left for us. Communication was clear and checkin/out was easy.

This property quickly became one of our favorites. It was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and situated in a fantastic location. The house was incredibly quiet, with no noise from the road, and the expansive yard with lake access made it feel like a retreat center. The view was simply breathtaking! The lighting was perfect, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and there were plenty of extras like comfy pillows and unlimited blankets. The host provided laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets, adding to the luxurious feel of the place. The host was also incredibly responsive and hospitable. We can't wait to return next year.

Everything was good and it’s a great place to stay everything but the parking there’s no parking when you have a boat with you so we had to do the best that we could. We appreciate you letting us rent the house for you on Thanksgiving. That’s our tradition. We usually go to the lake and they fish and we have Thanksgiving dinner so we sure do appreciate it. This place was awesome! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Check in was easy. The house was perfect for our family getaway. The kids stayed in the game room after they exhausted themselves playing basketball, ping pong, and arcade games!! We brought our dog and she enjoyed the dog treats and fencing that was set up. We walked down to the lake and tried to fish but the lake was super low this time of year but in the summer I’m site it’s perfect. The decor and furniture is very nice and makes you feel comfortable when it’s not your own home! We give them 5+star review and will be staying here again in the future.
