Stayed Apr 2, 2023The studio room was very pleasant to stay in and was only 20 minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach. The amenities were great, and the layout of the room was perfect. The only minor complaints are that the area seemed a little run down, however it was quiet and did not appear unsafe at all; and the shower water was not consistently hot (does it really need to be in Florida?). Miriam was responsive and the stay was very affordable.
