Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was EXCELLENT. Host communication was great. Private cottage was very clean and very comfortable. would highly recommend this property at any time. Lots of amenities. we stayed pre-cruise.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023Cute little guest home that was clean and perfect for our family of four. Daralyn was amazing with responding to messages quickly. Nice and close to the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral attractions in a nice neighborhood.

Stayed Feb 12, 2023Absolutely great. Clean, quiet, and private. Great bed. Equipped with everything you might need. Your own small house. About a 10 minute drive to restaurants, and such in coco. I'd certainly go back.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very nice place, nicely decorated. We were very comfortable and it was a nice location. And the neighborhood was quiet. Nice big TV was a hit with the boys . Nice big shower, too. We also enjoyed the coffee and yummy tea that was provided.?

Stayed Jan 25, 2023From the pictures I thought this unit was the whole house, then realized it is only the guest house. It was big enough for the 2 of us that stayed, was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. We had trouble using the smart TV in the bedroom, but otherwise had no issues! Would definitely stay again.
