The Cherilliam Estate is an ideal location for both vacation rentals and for business travel. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home has a spacious back yard with mature trees and gardens. Amenities include a cocktail pool, firepit, vine-covered gazebo and tiered decking.

Located a stone's throw away from Dell Technologies and within 5 miles of Kalahari Resort, the home is the epitome of location...location...location!. Garnished with excellent curb-appeal, the home's entry expands into a wide open living, dining and kitchen area. Outfitted with a glassed-in- gas fireplace, wine refrigerator, and bar are all nice features in the newly remodeled, spacious living space. 3 queen beds adorn each of the first three bedrooms while 4 bunkbeds, 2 singles, 2 full, fill the fourth bedroom. This makes maximum capacity 12 with the right combination of adults and children or 10 adults can be comfortably accommodated as well. We have a desk setup for those who are visiting on business travel but also outfitted with plenty of pastime games for those rainy afternoons with family.
