The house features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, providing comfort and entertainment for everyone. The living room is spacious, bright, air-conditioned, and also includes a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax together.



The kitchen is one of the highlights of the home, modern, stylish, and fully equipped, with a beautiful central island ideal for cooking, sharing meals, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.



Outside, guests can enjoy a completely private swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace, garden, and BBQ area. The pool is illuminated, allowing you to enjoy it both during the day and at night in total privacy.

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, laundry access can be provided by arrangement.
