Modern Pool - Spa - Huge Game Room - Sleeps 36

First, the good. The house was clean, with plenty of bedrooms.The beds were comfortable. We had two large families, with all adult children, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The floors were quiet, so the noise from the third floor didn’t carry down. Some were on the third floor playing games most of the evening, but others were able to sleep on the second floor and didn’t really hear them at all. The third-floor game room was great. It had a pool table, foosball, and air hockey, and everything worked well. The kitchen was large, with plenty of seating areas.Next, the bad. The kitchen had water leaking from somewhere, not exactly sure where, near the fridge. We notified the host as soon as we noticed the first morning and had a delayed response.The downstairs floor was all tile, and we were concerned someone would slip. Also, there was no rug coming in from the backyard pool, again, a tile floor. We used one of the towels provided as a rug. As for the pool, we did not get much use. It was a beautiful pool, but the water was very warm. I was asked by the host several times before arriving if we wanted it heated, but I said no because we were visiting in June. It definitely felt heated. After going to our beach the first morning, we had hoped to finish the day by the pool, cooling off, but the water was so warm we did not use it at all during the day.Weekend was good family time but as a group, we felt the house was overpriced and felt we should have looked around more.

Igor was very easy to get a hold of and everything was good. Had a bit of an issue with the sink on the third floor restroom that drained slow. And some pillows in that room had a bit of a smell but we just switched them out with others in the house. I definitely give it a five star. My grandchildren loved the slide in the pool. that was definitely the talk of our trip.

I reached out to Igor and asked him if there were fans and said just ceiling fans so I stopped and bought two for 100 and when we arrived there was 2 there already. The hot tub was broke the 1st 24 hours. The grill wouldn’t light and there was no lighter there. The garbage can was broke. The blind in the kitchen wouldn’t open. The microwave sounds like it’s going to explode when you run it. The oven we had to buy duck tape as it won’t stay shut for the prime rib. The couch down stairs has a rip in the back in the shape of a T. The couches on level 3 are falling apart on top. Omg the master bed is so hard. I just came to a resort afterwards and the bed I have now is amazing compared to that one. The first communication is horrible. They inform you if the police are called you will have to pay the fine. Who starts with this or even mentions this? The last communication is if you take the towels you will be charged. Igor wouldn’t compensate me for the hot tub being down. I would never rent from Igor and I would read the other reviews on this place before you decide to stay here. I rent a lot of homes through out the year and Igor is by far the worst experience I have had to date. Renter beware.

Gorgeous property, host was amazing. The neighbors are a bit annoying complaining of noise at 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon as we played music by the pool. Completely ridiculous. But thats not the hosts fault.

Had a great time! Pool and backyard are amazing. Neighbors are close by but never heard them. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy, with lots of pillows and blankets available. Good area, could walk to everything we needed. We did rent a golf cart so we could explore the island. 5pm check in time seems late but we contacted the owner 24 hours prior and we were allowed in at 3:00, which was very nice! We did need to buy extra paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags. The laundry in the garage was super convenient as we washed our pool and bath towels regularly. We did pay to heat the pool and it was toasty! Overall a great stay on a great island!!

This house was absolutely amazing and truly had everything we needed for a perfect stay. There were plenty of towels (including pool towels), and we were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras—an ice machine, cooler, and even a wagon to take to the beach. Beach access was less than a 5-minute drive, which was incredibly convenient.We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was 100% worth it—the pool stayed very warm and was a highlight of the trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the home was very comfortable overall. Each room had extra floor fans, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and they even provided a pack & play for our baby, which was a huge plus.The location is great with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as soon as you arrive—it really adds to the experience. Also don’t miss a dolphin tour; Dolphin Docks did a fantastic job and was a memorable part of our trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay the house was perfect for our crew and the Pool was awesome we had it heated and used it sun up til sun down! Any questions or concerns throughout our stay were promptly tended to! Would highly recommend this house!

They must have some sort of issue with the neighbors as we were warned about noise violations when we arrived at the property friends and I were watching a boxing match inside and still had the cops called on us. When the cop showed up, they agreed that they could not hear any noise and they told they’re having complaints from the neighbors about this property all the time.

Enjoyed the property. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay! These guys came in the clutch for our family reunion. We had a disaster stay at a house on 4616 Gulf blvd with an SPI rental and reached out to these guys last minute when stranded…these guys were awesome and house was WELL above expectations! So thankful for Igor and the team. Best experience EVER!!! Thank you.

Great house for a large group with enough spaces to be, we had a wonderful time

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach, which was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. And the swimming pool? So much fun! We spent hours enjoying it! Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun beach getaway.

Love everything this home feels warm and cozy my kids and husband love the salt water heated pool and swim up bar… we enjoyed the views and restaurants around we already making plans to come again don’t miss out on this home worth every dime…don’t even think twice love it thank you…

Pool was a great hit with our group- we did on online pickup at the Walmart nearby and cooked meals, steaks on the grill. Lots of space for our group of 15. Easy walking to the beach across the street. There are several restaurants close by as well.

This house really is great for all ages! Large enough to have some space when you need it and open enough for large groups to gather. The pool was of course a big hit for the kids along with the game room! The short walk to a very nice beach area was perfect (the wagon in the garage is useful!) The washer and dryer were handy for all the pool towels we used daily. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved by the owner. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the balcony--wow! The dolphin cruise was a lot of fun if looking for things to do..we used Breakaway. We thought Viva had the best food. Josephines and cafe on the beach had good breakfast. We didnt have a car and it was only an issue for a few of the further away places. Lyft services were available. Other than maybe having a few more beach chairs, there really wasnt anything else missing. It was a very relaxing time...just what we needed! Big fan of the hammocks!

Great location and property for a mix of people. We had 3 generations (ages 17-91) and friends and family from multiple continents who appreciated the many activities available at the property (games: foosball, basketball, pool), as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub. The beach was only about 7 min away. A few repairs were necessary, which the owner arranged for the following day. We had a wonderful time.
