Modern Pirates' Beach Bungalow - 5 Minute Walk to Beach

The home met every expectation. The property was nice, well organized and I would recommend it. Great location...easy access and is located just far enough away from the tourist side of Galveston.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The quick and easy access to the beach was one of the highlights. This bungalow had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked, and it even had ziploc containers to store leftovers. It was a convenient distance from non-beach activities, and felt more secluded with a less crowded beach. The canopy, wagon, and beach chairs made our stay on the beach very comfortable. The house was clean, organized, and comfy. We would 100% return to this house.

We absolutely LOVE staying here. This will be our 4th summer staying at this beach house. Everything is always perfect!

We wanted a few days of fun on the beach and some peace from our busy lives; this property fit the bill: the home was very welcoming and bright, so clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a minute away and it was so nice to be away from the crowded Seawall area and to be able to enjoy the air and sunset. Also, we were just a few miles from restaurants, fresh seafood and stores. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave.

Property was accurately listed. The only issue I needed help with was locking the front door. I received an immediate response with the tips on how to complete. We loved having three rooms so we each had our own place to claim as our own. It was a quiet neighborhood, although many houses were not in use during our timeframe. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful stay! Hoping to be back soon! Everything you'll need and more. Clean and minimalist. Games galore. Great correspondence with host. Beach toys and a wagon that is perfect for a day at the beach. So many amenities. I would give it 100 stars if possible. I am not exaggerating!

A great location to stay on the west end. Very clean property and the beds were so comfortable along with the pillows. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone I know.

I am not going talk much about the house - I rated it 5 stars - it met all my expectations. I just want to say that Jeff and Ashley are top tier owner/hosts. Helpful, quick to respond, and attentive. These are the people you want when you book a house. Not management companies running IKEA popups - real people who care about the house and experience their guests have.

Perfect place for a quick getaway!

We decided to head to the beach to celebrate my husband. The house was perfect for us and all our teens. Very close to beach. Roomy, comfy, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

My wife and I booked this cute bungalow, as we were having our roof replaced in Houston. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Close to the beach, like a 2 block walk, so we got our beach walks in and had a great time. Had internet issues, but we were refunded for that. Al-in-all, it's a great vacation house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and family room. Miles M.

Great communication, clean and kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. Just a few minute walk to the beach and place had plenty of beach toys, chairs, and tent to use. Loved the hammock and balcony sitting area- great place to enjoy a meal.
