Modern Palm Springs Golf Course Property, 3 bedrooms,sleeps 6,pool/jacuzzi

We had a great week at this home. We ate dinner outside on the patio every night and really enjoyed the pool. The golf course is right next to the house so the yard is not overly private when there are golfers on the course but it isn't very busy. There are great hiking trails nearby. Only suggestion would be an informational welcome sheet outlining when the gardener and pool maintenance people were coming along with an explanation of which remote operates what, how to turn on fans etc. I would stay here again :-)

We recently rented this house for a family vacation. The house is perfect for indoor/outdoor living. The pool and hot tub were great and the house backs up to the Indian Canyon golf course which was unfortunately closed due to the rain when we were there, but the course looked great. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is connected to the living room which was easy for everyone to be together. Tom, who is the property manager was great to deal with. He was very responsive, but not intrusive, and he provided great recommendations for restaurants and area knowledge. The house is centrally located, just an easy seven minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. If you are looking to spend time in Palm Springs, this house is a great choice.

Susanne & Tom were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! We found the house immaculate! no dust, no dirt, no insects, clean pool, spacious living area and bedrooms, etc.. stunning lawn with beautiful citrus trees in full bloom! We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! Thank you for making our mini vacation so pleasant!

We can not say enough good things about our stay at Villa Blanca. Everything was beautiful and just as described. Tom was a true gem. Location is very central but on a quiet street. Views where amazing. Check in and out very easy. We will definitely come back.

We were met by the property manager, who was friendly and helpful. He was also very prompt in addressing the only question that came up. Property is a nicely updated, with a great back yard and pool area backing on to a golf course. The open kitchen area was really enjoyed by all and gave everyone a chance to mix and take part during all meals, from preparation through to clean up. Property is located in Indian Canyon, a very nice and quiet part of Palm Springs. Susan, the owner, is also very easy to deal with and helped in ensuring that everything went smoothly. Really enjoyed our stay at the house , which I have no trouble in recommending to everyone.

I and my family spent a wonderful week in this comfortable house. There are only a few steps from the living room to the terrace in the sunshine with very nice pool and jacuzzi. We recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy Palm Springs area!

My family and I rented Susannes house and what a pleasure she was to deal with. We had a few last minute big changes and she accommodated us on everything. Tom greeted us, and he also couldn't have been any nicer and stopped by twice to check in on us. The house was amazing. Clean, quiet, great kitchen and family room area and the beds were very comfy. We loved the fresh grapefruits each morning. We cant wait to go back soon.

Thanks to Susanne and Tom for making our week in Palm Springs so special! The house is gorgeous, with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay (including the daily grapefruit and lemon treats from the trees!) The view is spectacular and so peaceful. My family and I had the most wonderful week in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. We felt like being in a design home from a magazine. I am not a golfer but I just loved hanging by the pool and jacuzzi area and its magnificent views of the golf course and Indian Canyons. I liked especially all the lemon trees from which we had fresh juice every morning. The interior is brand new and super tasteful, the beds are extremely comfortable, luxurious linens and towels, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to feel home away from home. The owners are very nice people and super attentive. We are definitely coming back.
