Modern Oasis with Heated Pool near Siesta Key Beach and a Downtown 3BR/2BA

Lana is a great host. The house is very nice. The pool was great to cool down.

Everything about this property was on point! Super comfy beds, clean house, awesome pool and a great host! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Although we weren't traveling with children this place is 100% family friendly. They had darn near everything you would need for a great trip to the beach. Thank you for making such a great place available!

We used it as old coworkers/friends staycation. Met our needs. Excellent amenities. Cozy. Clean pool. Very comfy beds. Host was readily accessible. We had a concern and communicated with her easily.

The house was amazing, beautiful, and clean. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately I did not get the chance to enjoy the pool, but the others did an said was great.The host/owner Lana was amazing. We had arrived earlier than check in and she allowed us to check in sooner after an almost 20hr drive. She was there to answer any questions, and address any needs in a timely manner. The home instantly gave you that warm, comfortable at home feeling, which adds stress free, relaxation to the trip. We had everything we needed during our stay there and would definitely stay there again, if available. Thank you Lana for an amazing experience.

This was a well cared for, cute and inviting house in a nice neighborhood. The enclosed pool was warm, deep and big enough for our family to spread out and not be in each others way. And to have pool accessories is an added bonus. Its all the little things we don't think we needed to bring on a vacation but do that made this place great. She had all those things ready for us to use at our discretion. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Pool was fantastic on hot days. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was super clean.blinds and curtains kept the house dark at night and the neighborhood was very peaceful.I would definitely look for this unit on a next trip to sarasota.

We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. Had everything we needed, was clean, easy to find and easy to get to beach, restaurants etc. Lana was awesome and great with communication. There is only one thing to consider. There is no railing to get in/out of the pool, this didn’t bother us, but if you have mobility concerns this may be something you want to consider. We will definitely book again the next time we head to Sarasota.

A group of friends had a fabulous week here! Good location, great pool, and all of the comforts. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels, bedding, even coolers, laundry supplies, floats. A communicative host made it seamless. Thank you, Lana.

The house was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice and warm. There are lots of extra items such as coolers and chairs to use. Would absolutely recommend staying at this place!

Wonderful hostess. Very clean. We didn’t get in the pool in February, but it was lovely sitting outside by it.

The pool was wonderful but tree above it dropped a lot of pollen. The host was responsive and addressed it right away. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host did a lot of little things to provide thoughtful touches to enhance our stay.

To all - I made a mistake initially by clicking on the T. The screen did not render properly on my phone. Rather, the home was an excellent find for us. It was well appointed, spacious, in a nice neighborhood and suitable for 5 adults. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Lana was very accommodating and kept in constant contact. I would highly recommend this rental if you are in the Sarasota area.

We had a great time at Lana's house, very clean, very well equipped with all the amenities. Nice and relaxing, peaceful and quiet next to the heated pool. I would highly recommend this place, definitely would stay here again.

Very clean!! We loved our stay for our weekend girls trip. Lana even took the time to check in on us to see if we needed anything.

The host communication was on point. We requested an early check-in, and it was granted for 2 hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we were traveling all morning. The house was everything that was described online and in the customers' reviews; we did not want for anything, and it was incredibly relaxing. I will book this home again when visiting family.

We had a great stay at this property. The home was very clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was about a 10-15 minute drive. Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key beaches were beautiful and less crowded than Siesta Key. We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in St. Armands Circle, downtown Sarasota, and University Park. The Ringling museum was a great place to visit. Overall, we had a great stay!

This property has been well taken care of and you can tell the owner has put a lot of love and thought into this home. It’s VERY CLEAN. There are PLENTY of items for the pool and beach so you don’t have to bring your own. Everywhere we went was about 15-25mins. Easy access to everything you’ll want to do. Our family enjoyed our trip very much. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This place was stocked with so many items. Kitchen things like seasonings and plenty of pans, plates, silverware. Plenty of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper. They also supplied laundry detergent, lots of beach supplies, some pool floats. The house was very clean, too. I didn’t see anything that was dirty at all. The pool was very nice, the pool heater was running. I highly recommend this vacation rental and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the pool and the beach supplies that were available for us to use were amazing! We flew down to Sarasota, so we weren’t able to bring anything for the beach, but it was all there for us to use-an umbrella, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels! We also appreciated the shower amenities and bath towels provided. The house was also close to everywhere we wanted to go and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Sarasota absolutely checked off all the boxes! The home was spotless and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay that much more enjoyable! The items included everything from coffee, cups, utensils, pots, pans, to everything you needed for a beach adventure. Lana's home was exactly as described in the listing and the pictures were an accurate depiction of the space. It was perfectly appointed for our needs. The furniture, including beds, were comfortable, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the items we needed. The house was very clean and well-organized. The pool and patio were fantastic for several outdoor meals and especially morning coffee. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. We commented regularly throughout our stay that we were completely satisfied with choosing this property for our six-night stay in Sarasota.

This has to be the most equipped VRBO house we have ever stayed at. The outside pool space is unbelievable. Yes, we enjoyed the pool in February. Location is perfect and close to everything Sarasota.

The host was responsive to messages and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We very much enjoyed our time in Sarasota and this was perfect for our family.

This home was clean. In a good neighborhood. When we arrived we noticed that the pool was not filtering, the water level was low and the water was freezing. We reached out to the host. She insisted that it was fine. On Saturday we noticed the outside roof was leaking. Again we reached out to the host. She sent a repairman out. The leak was related to the filtration system. The repairman was at the property Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Eventually replacing the pool pump/filter.He filled the water to the right level and we were finally able to use the pool Tuesday. Please read carefully as this host changed many of the house rules after payment.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the house was perfect for our family! The house was very clean upon arrival and Lana checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our standards and to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to everything. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the afternoons & evening after a long day of playing soccer. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area and will recommend it to other family & friends! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Perhaps the best VRBO rental I've ever stayed in! Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices, pasta, rice, cereal, etc) and the pool area was clean with plenty of seating for eating and lounging.
