This bright, modern Palm Springs retreat features three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large open-concept living area. Soaring ceilings, clerestory windows, and sliding glass doors fill the home with natural light while framing beautiful mountain and pool views. Remote-controlled window shades provide comfort and privacy throughout.

The primary suite features a king bed with peaceful views of the pool and surrounding desert landscape. Its private ensuite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and thoughtful amenities for both short visits and extended stays.

The tranquil middle bedroom offers a queen bed and a 55-inch smart TV—perfect for streaming a favorite show from the comfort of bed.

The front bedroom has beautiful views of Mount San Jacinto, two twin beds, and a 55-inch smart TV. It connects to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway.

At the heart of the home is a welcoming living space with comfortable seating, a 75-inch Samsung Frame TV, a generous dining table, a fully stocked bar cart, and a cozy breakfast bar for two. The chef-ready kitchen is equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to memorable dinners, with modern stainless-steel appliances and a Wolf induction range.

Multiple sliding glass doors create a seamless transition to the secluded, sun-filled patio. **Due to the mechanical limits of air conditioning equipment and the extreme temperatures in the desert during summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.

This is a no pets/no smoking rental.

The pool can be warmed for a fee which varies depending on the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking. Pool warming is usually needed from November-May each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

Palm Springs has a few rules that apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules; however, we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

- You must be 25 years old to rent; responsible party must provide copy of ID.
- No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
- No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
- No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
- A separate city contract is required
