Modern nautical themed home steps from the beach, park, CMA and bars/restaurants

This Culver house was super clean, had a huge kitchen/living area, was very comfortable and close to everything so that we could walk! The beach was just a few blocks down the street! We were also able to walk to the Culver Military Academy to watch the parade. Plenty of room for all of us…5 adults and 5 children! Thomas was very helpful in giving us ideas of things to do and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We made many amazing memories and look forward to renting this house again! Thank you Thomas!

This was a great property for our family. Extremely convenient location to all things Culver and Culver Academy. All needed amenities were available, including lots of towels. We would definitely stay again. The ONLY thing to be aware of is that if you’re traveling with small mobile toddlers the stair railing slats are wide enough for concern. We just put moved things up against so little one couldn’t fall through. :) otherwise, great open and safe space for kids to walk and play.

This is our second stay at this home. It’s well appointed, roomy, and in a great location. Owner is quick to respond to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s one of the best options in Culver! Thank you!

Nice home. East place to stay. Heart of Culver.

Was priced higher than a competitive listing that we lost because the house was sold so we were forced to take this house. For the price we would have expected a higher level of quality. There were spider webs in the shower and on the banisters. The lighting was virtually non existent and the only lamp was partially broken that we had to move throughout the house depending on the room we were in. There was a single TV with a remote that didn’t work and an Apple TV that had Netflix in Spanish. Overall it was not a terrible experience and would stay here again if we needed to, but hope they make some minor changes to improve the overall experience.

What a wonderful home! Beautifully maximized the space. It is both functional and fun! The perfect place to gather people and enjoy whether it be outside around the fire pit or inside with the ping pong table. We highly recommend this rental!

Arrival and check-in were very easy. The house is the perfect layout for families. We loved that there are two full bathrooms, four nice size bedrooms, and it was very clean and tidy. Great location to restaurants, the lake, and Culver Academies.
