Waterville Estates is a four-season resort community located in Campton, New Hampshire. Surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, it offers a picturesque backdrop for outdoor enthusiasts. Other Things to Note:
You will receive 3 unlimited access annual passes to the Community Center. Additional guest day passes can be purchased from the front desk at the Community Center. Lost passes will incur a $100 replacement fee. Please hang them back on the hook in the entryway of the house.
