Hidden Gem!!! Waterville Estates home with Views!! Dog friendly!!

The house was amazing! So much room, the beds were so comfortable and roomy. Everything was clean and the house was completely set up for enjoyment of outdoor activities which I loved! We had a little issue with our vehicle and the owners went out of their way to help us out to make sure we were ok! The recreation center was pretty close and the amenities were all very clean and maintained. Only downfall was the game room had 1/2 the games out of order and the coin machine was out of order as well. Everyone was so nice and helpful! We only went for a quick weekend but would definitely come back in the near future for a longer trip to enjoy more of the activities right down the road! Can’t wait to book again!

Property is in immaculate condition. Floor plan has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is a deck at the front of the house facing the driveway and the road which is a bit awkward since all the views are on the opposite side of the house. IMPORTANT: at the time I rented the house there were no instructions for the electronic lock on the front and it was extremely frustrating unlocking the door. The owner did say he was going to update the check in instructions for the lock. If you have trouble opening the electronic lock you have to call the owner who lives 40 minutes. FYI: There is no cell service for Verizon customers.

Lovely home with all the amenities you could need. Really cozy linens on the beds and super soft blankets to snuggle up with on the couch. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

The house was well set up to host our family with plenty of space for all. We skied at both loon and Waterville and this location is close to both with easy access to the highway. Host very responsive and accommodating.

Cozy cottage with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and easy stay. Quick drive to Waterville ski mountain and downtown Campton. Wonderful spot to cozy up by the fireplace in the evenings. Great spot for a family or two.

The home is very charming and comfortable. We all loved the decor and appreciated the amenities: dish soap, hand soap, nice towels, easy entry, gas fire place. The interior color scheme is very relaxing and cozy. The beds were comfortable and nicely decorated. The main floor bathroom has a walk in shower with handicap safety bars, just what we needed for my 80 year old mother. There was six of us staying at the house, all of us would recommend it. The host, Heather, answered all my questions and made the our stay stress free!?

Heather was super helpful throughout our stay, and the house was adorable with all the ski and fall-themed decor. We loved all the little details. The window had a beautiful view of the forest with a glimpse of the mountain in the distance. The kitchen had everything we needed, fully stocked with utensils, tools, and even a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. It was such a cozy and relaxing spot for our getaway!

Heather was so easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure to stay at their home! The house was so clean, well equipped, and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time at the community center which was a short car ride away. Heather’s home felt like a home away from home-we would love to go back again soon to enjoy all the Whit Mountains have to offer.

This was a perfectly appointed residence. Owners thought of everything. Incredibly well maintained and very clean. Close to a lot of white mountain activity. Secluded location with lots of privacy. There were some nice trails only a few steps from the house. Highly recommended.

This home was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The 2 king size beds were an added plus. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The walk in shower made it easy for the elderly we were traveling with. We would definitely stay here again.
