Stayed Dec 25, 2025Check-in was easy and exactly as described. The house appeared clean upon arrival and even smelled clean, which we appreciated.The location was a plus — it’s close to Mother Road Market and within easy walking or driving distance of several good places to visit.Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well equipped, which made it difficult for our family to cook during our stay. The pots and pans were very worn and not clean, and several dishes had to be rewashed before first use. There were also quite a few basic items missing, including larger cookware like a 9x13 pan. Additionally, there were not enough place settings for five people, even though the listing states it sleeps five.Another issue was the living room seating. The listing showed two couches, but there was only one when we arrived, which meant there wasn’t enough seating for our family of five.Overall, the home was clean and in a convenient location, but the lack of kitchen essentials and adequate seating made it less comfortable for a family stay.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023The house is very cozy with plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen is perfect for prep and cooking and the location is close to just about anything you want to do in Tulsa. We will be booking this place again in the future.

Stayed Feb 15, 2023My husband, my 13-year-old Labrador retriever and I have rented 3 properties in Tulsa for trips there. Our first one was owned by Ryan and we have continued to use his properties on our subsequent visits. They are perfect for us! There are power and usb plugs provided in each room where you need them. The back yards are clean and fenced. The properties are always clean and well-stocked with the essentials: good bathrooms, good bedrooms with ceiling fans and extra blankets, coffee and tea, washers and dryers with needed laundry products. Nicely decorated and good tvs. Often a property will say they accept dogs but the fine print says only those under 20 pounds. Don’t they know that small dogs are often more exciteable and destructive than the sweet gentle large dogs? We will always find a property by Ryan CKenna for our visits to Tulsa

Stayed Feb 18, 2023We loved this little house! It was a perfect respite from busy days visiting TU. It was quiet (we only stayed on the weekend) and centrally located to everything we needed. The house was immaculate, pleasantly decorated, and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to Mother Road Market. Ryan was responsive and great to work with. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Tulsa.
