Modern Marion at Twin Palms - Pool, Spa & Casita

This was a great house... nicely designed, well-equipped, great neighborhood, lovely pool and hot tub. We have nothing but good things to say!

This house is gorgeous. The decor is absolutely beautiful, the kitchen is incredible and very well stocked with any gadgets you might need to make any meal or drink (we baked cupcakes!) the outdoor bar is a lovely feature as well. There are so many little areas to sit that get shade in different parts of the day. The beds are extremely comfortable, the TVs have Roku, and the AC works well. It’s always nice to have laundry machines on site as well. The pool is fantastic, it’s big and really deep on one end, the outdoor shower is such a luxury too. I spent my birthday weekend with five friends here and it was such a good time, we made drinks, we cooked food, we hung out in the pool. I miss it already!! It’s very quiet and peaceful in the area, the perfect place for a vacation. It’s close to a lot of good food, we didn’t really walk anywhere because it was too hot but there are definitely businesses that are walking distance. We honestly didn’t leave the house much at all, you don’t even need to! I will definitely be coming back here!!! Perfect Palm Springs oasis.

This place was great! Easy check in and very spacious. Loved having backyard poolside massages via their recs!

We always like to rent in the Twins Palms neighbourhood and this house was lovely, very tastefully decorated. The house actually was bigger then what I thought and the best part was the outdoor eating area, underneath the trees. Stunning! The property management company Acme was excellent too.

Beautifully decorated - so many nice touches to make you feel at home. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Outdoor area is perfect - good-sized pool, great hot tub, GORGEOUS outdoor eating area and fire pit for cool evenings and wine. Acme was also great to work with - the water heater broke and in a few hours they had it replaced!

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable, with a great kitchen. The children loved the pool.

Reviewer Comments: We LOVED the Modern Marion house - it was gorgeously decorated inside, the bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and everything was so comfortable. The house was outfitted with all the essentials too which was so great to not to have to buy everything (dishwasher soap, detergent, mini shampoos, etc), and a ton of extra towels for the pool too! Also the fact that they had TVs in every room was great! We will definitely use ACME again!

Reviewer Comments: Acme was most responsive to any of my requests. as a probable continued renter, I wish the owner would get more comfortable seating the the Living room. there is not one seat that is comfortable. The owner may want to cut down the two trees that lean over the roof. As a former home owner in warm climate, I found these to be a road for rats to get on roof and probable entry into the house. also please move outdoor dining table out from under the trees where the birds poop all over the table daily! It may be attractively located but no one would eat there. Fix the towel hook in guest bathroom and get more towel hooks for the guest bath. One isn't enough for two bedrooms. The master bath could use at least more towel hook as well.
