It includes 4 spacious bedrooms, a game room with a futon for an additional sleeper, a fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8, a huge utility room, 2 car garage, and a covered patio with seating and outdoor TV. The backyard has a brand new privacy fence and is great for kids and pets. There are 3 smart TVs, fast Wifi, and a desk in the primary bedroom.

The large primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, desk with chair, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom includes two sinks, a jetted tub, a standing shower, and a huge closet.

The three secondary bedrooms all have queen beds and furniture for clothing storage.

The game room features a futon for additional sleeping (best for a child) as well as fun games like Connect 4, Ring toss, Tic Tac Toe, cards, board games, and a 2 player arcade table game with 60 games included!
