Additional house rules:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Additional cleaning fee of $500 may be charged to remove odors or stains.

2.) Parties are not permitted. A party is defined as more than 14 people on the property without prior approval. Guests will be responsible for any cleaning charges incurred. In the event of a noise complaint or disruption to neighbors, guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately and be fined up to $1,000.

3.) The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests at no additional charge. With the pullout Queen and the cloud couch put together as a bed, we can host up to 14 guests total with prior approval as registered guests, at a rate of $25 per additional guest per night. If your group exceeds 10 guests without this being reflected in your reservation, a fee of $100 per unregistered guest per night will apply.
