Modern luxury high end retreat close to downtown Saugatuck.

Perfect quiet location, walking distance to town. Great accommodation for a family of 8 including two small kids. Your well appointed kitchen and back patio were great for family dinners (thanks to a great grill). Easy check in and coordination with Chadd was a plus! Would stay here again.

Very nice home close to the downtown area, very responsive host

We loved this house; it worked perfectly for five adults and two small children. It was in a quiet area, close to town and all we wanted to do.We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen -- pots, pans, skillets, utensils, foil, wrap, dishes, and more. We were pleasantly surprised there were enough toilet paper and paper towels for the entire week. None of us had ever experienced such a complete rental.We had asked about nearby groceries and heard about bug spraying well in advance, so kudos for great communication as well.Thank you for helping make a memorable visit to the Saugatuck-Douglas area!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came up for a week in July. There were two families with 4 little kids ranging from ages 1-5. The place was extremely clean, we were so impressed with the organization of the kitchen, we loved the open floor plan as well. It was an extremely comfortable house, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

A beautiful home- perfect for 3 couples! We loved the screened in porch & wooded setting while still within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. MBr was luxurious & comfy but other couples complained about mattresses being too stiff & pillows too squashed (needed replacing). Overall, we had a great stay!

New, clean, spacious house with a very nice inside design, i.e., the living room and kitchen/dining area are diagonally across from from each other so that each area feels separate because it has 3 walls yet open because the fourth portion of each room is open to the other.

The Ridgeview Retreat in Saugatuck is a beautiful, modern, and clean home. The location is excellent (very close to downtown), and the home is well-equipped for a family vacation (fun selection of board games for kids). The kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom, in particular, are incredible. Great communication from Brian (owner) and Chadd (local property manager) throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

This is our 4th time staying at this lovely home in saugatuck. Amazing location and perfect accommodations. The house has everything you’d need and is so peaceful yet walkable to town. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

This property was great for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers) - very spacious, great kitchen and living spaces, very quiet street with enjoyable outdoor spaces. Additionally, it was a short, easy walk to downtown Saugatack and a 15-20 min drive to South Haven and Holland. Our family stayed for two weeks, it was great!

Brian’s place was amazing. Great location with plenty of space for our family. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Brian was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again on future visits to the area.

This is a very nice, extremely clean, well appointed home. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space, great sitting areas outside and inside. One downside, there is a first floor bedroom with an attached bathroom, unfortunately, this is the only bathroom on the first floor. Also, while the home is quite spacious with many windows, the sunlight is quite restricted due to the numerous trees leaving the house a bit dark. BUT overall, it is a really good home for a large family and/or group of friends. In addition, the property manager was very responsive.

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! Highly recommend this place!

Great stay at large, modern, well-equipped house.

Beautiful property in a good location. Great indoor and outdoor features. The kitchen and master bedroom are amazing.
