Modern, beautifully appointed home with every detail carefully considered and executed. We hope that when you enter you can leave your cares behind and begin your fun filled yet relaxing getaway! You will love the ability to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living spaces, and the plenty of activities that will provide you with everything you need to enjoy a memorable vacation.

Our home can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults (guests over the age of 12) and an additional 2 children. No morethan 8 guests total as our septic system cannot handle more.

This is an allergy safe home, which means, NO ANIMALS ALLOWED in the home or on the property. This rule applies to you and all of your guests. If an animal is reported on the property or the neighbor's property you will be fined $500.

The primary suite has a king bed, fireplace with sitting area, a bathroom with a couple of very unique features and a large closet equipt with a stackable washer and dryer.

Bedroom 2, the octopus room, has a single day bed with pull out trundle bed. Relax in the buttery soft leather recliner or use the small writing desk featured in this welcoming space.

Bedroom 3, the pink room, has a queen bed and a classic and simple concept and design. A perfectly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Bedroom 4 ,the bedroom with a view, has a king bed, fireplace, chaise lounge and a stunning view of Budd Inlet. When the tide is in, it appears like you are sleeping on a boat. Simply amazing!

The living room is beautifully appointed with a large sectional couch, fireplace, swivel chairs by the windows for the best view of the inlet, a Samsung Art screen TV and a telescope! The dining area easily seats 8 guests comfortably.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything a chef would need to cook any meal you desire. Gas stove, microwave, coffee bar, high quality dinner wear and cooking utensils including Hexclad pans.

Downstairs is the fun zone! Pool table, foosball, corn hole and other outdoor games, dartboard, puzzles and table games galore. A sitting area with TV, game table and a separate puzzle table will provide a space for all. Don’t miss out on the candy/ snack room stocked with popcorn and candy for all to enjoy.

Our home has a 2 person ocean kayak, paddle board and a canoe. Please exercise caution! If you do not feel 100% confident that you can handle the weight of the watercraft up and down the stairs to the water do not use them. If you do use them always wear a life jacket.

Let’s talk about the outside. There is space to play the outdoor games, a fire pit with adirondack chairs and 3 levels of deck to enjoy. The lowest level has a driving green set up so you can practice your golf swing. We kindly suggest that you retrieve the golf balls when it is low tide. The middle deck has a dining table with an umbrella available if you choose to use one. The upper deck has a covered lounge area with plenty of seating. There is even a private little nook with a hanging basket chair if you need a little space.

When the tide is in, the water comes all the way to the break front wall. During low tide the beach is quite expansive. Please always wear foot protection. The rocks and shells are very sharp. There is a mooring dock that makes a great swimming platform should you decide to take a dip in the water.

Parking is limited. Please respect our neighbor and adhere to our parking guidelines.

The driveway is a long, fairly steep gravel road. We don’t have severe weather often but please be aware when booking in the winter. Snow and ice will make the driveway difficult to navigate.

We have Starlink Wi-Fi service which is the best service available at our home. It is not like other high speed internet providers. There will be interruptions but they should be minor and short lived.
