Stayed Dec 26, 2023The house was beautiful and very clean! We really enjoyed our stay! We ran into an issue while we were there but the manager/owner had someone come out after 8pm to address. His effort was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023Love the home. Very spacious, many rooms. Comfortable beds, and has everything you need to include your basic needs such as towels , shampoos, soaps, trash bags, towels, plenty of warm blankets etc...love it will stay again. Super close to everything downtown, 6 minutes away from everything.

Stayed Sep 26, 2023Our stay was to attend a family member’s graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Casa Helena was perfect! Located 15mins. From the base and close to River Walk and the Alamo. Roomy enough to sleep our family in very comfortable beds, including the bunks. Lots of dining area , the space was just lovely, immaculate, complete with needs and was a perfect place to spend time with our Airman ! At first the area seemed a bit sketchy , but it was a very old area with lots of renovations and upgrades in a older quiet neighborhood. We never heard a peep from anyone and felt safe . The yard and drive are gated , covered area for your vehicle, A perfect stay! Closing instructions should be left visible as the app communicates are too slow. (Please allow enough time for lots of traffic to and from the graduations as there are so many in attendance and on base security checks take a while) Plus , they accept pets ! Casa Helena was a lovely place to stay! Thank you Mario! A big 5 Star high five ! Judy Johnson and Family
