Stayed Mar 13, 2025Location was a bit hard to find at night but that was on me. Tommy the host was very gracious answering my questions after check-in. His home was warm and cozy for my family who came to visit for my grandson’s 1st birthday.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This was a wonderful place to stay! Everything was perfect our host Tommy was on point with anything we needed and so helpful. I spent most of my time on the property rather than being out and about so the comfort aspect was very important to me and for me it was 5 stars all the way. If I ever come to Everett again I would stay here in a heartbeat.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This property is conveniently located right of I-5, but we didn’t have any issues with noise. The house felt very clean, had a nice kitchen, and lots of space for our group. There were no unreasonable expectations by the owner and he was quick to reply when we had a question on check in day. The house was warm during the unusually hot weather we experienced during our visit, but I would expect that to be an issue during most stays. Air Conditioning throughout Seattle didn’t seem to be designed for the 90s. Overall, the house was great for our group of 7.

Stayed Oct 11, 2023House spotless upon arrival, well supplied, close to freeway and major stores, clean comfortable beds. Only inconvenience is house does not sleeps 9 to 10 people, more like 8, couch on the living room not suitable for sleeping, no futon only one regular couch, not enough sitting on living room for a large group. Not good for a group of 10, but the perfect house for a smaller one!
