Modern Lakefront Home with Incredible Water Views, Next to Regatta Park

Lovely place, beautiful location and view. Nice and quiet. However the fireplace did not work and there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms.

Communication was not very good! The property looked much better in the photos than in person, The home was comfortable but the maintenance needs to be kept up better. The deck was slippery and potentially unsafe. I property won't stay in a property managed by Meredith again.

We booked the house for 3 nights but only stayed 2 because the beds were so uncomfortable! Upstairs bed 1 mattress no sprigs hard as a rock. Down stairs bed was also uncomfortable hard mattress and the adjustable bed got stuck in various positions. There is no comfortable furniture in the house for sitting except the upstairs bedroom chairs were ok. All the living room furniture was uncomfortable. When people go on vacation they want 1. A comfortable bed for good sleep 2. Comfortable furniture. In general the place needed some maintenance. I would not stay here again and I’d like to get reimbursed for at least 1 night.

The house was nice, and clean. Washing machine broken, spiders on blankets in closet and couldn't wash them. Not enough blankets, had to purchase one from store. Yard is overgrown, view of lake from kitchen area is not the same as pictured on website. Contacted property management regarding issues, they referred to contract, citing amenities are not guaranteed and subject to change.

Seriously overgrown yard. Fire pit and furniture are rusted and busted, washing machine out of order…. Maybe forever? The view is obstructed by the landscape. Hire a company to prune and do some yard work. Current listing pictures are INACCURATE. Great house and location

House is Nice inside. It Will definitely not sleep 6 adults, 5 at most. It's a good get away if you're just maybe 2 couples for the bedroom's, and 1 or 2 small kid's or 1 adult to sleep in the couch/ bed. Outside other then the deck is a different story. Yard needs major trimming of bushes and trees and yard work. Fire pit is a no go, rusted and rotted out, so don't expect to have a fire. Dock is nice and can be used safely. House is good if you just want to be there and sleep or fish or boating. Yard really not good for anything else.

Amazing views, great location

Overall, it was a great visit! We would definitely stay again. The house was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was a lot of buffering with the tv connection to the internet. Our devices were great. But the living room tv kept going in and out.

The view and access to the lake are amazing. The view of the lake from the kitchen, amazing! Only downside, parking if you have more than one car.

House has everything. Enjoyed the peace and beauty. Very close to all that Lincoln City has to offer.

The lakefront house has everything you need. It is centrally located to downtown lincoln City so even though you feel like you’re out in the country, the city is very close by. The lake has a park right next to it. That is close to the house. The ocean beaches are not far away a few minutes drive

You need more blankets available

Furniture and bed upstairs not comfortable. Heating system not good. Put heat thermostat to 75 but house did not get warm above 65. Electric Fireplace did not work. House very clean and beautiful view of lake

Comfortable, private and quiet neighborhood. We occationally heard some children playing in the park during the day and in the night it was very peaceful, other than the occational duck on the lake. We will stay again. Could use some yard upkeep

The place was in disrepair and way too shabby for what it cost. The photos made it seem a lot nicer than it really was… there were numerous things that were broken or needing to be updated. If it were cheaper, it would’ve been fine, but we felt a bit taken to have spent over 2K all in for 4 nights.

Interior of house was fine. Exterior was in bad condition, deck and deck cover rotting, umbrella in unusable location and impossible to move. Yard in bad condition.

Pros was the distance to the park. Best part of the entire stay. Customer service poor. Did not contact me to get check info. I had to contact them day of. Did not receive info regarding non use of upstairs shower. Couldn’t use fire pit as surrounded by dead dry grass ?! But we made the best of it.

Spent just one night there while fishing the lake and surrounding area. It was a little lame that the upstairs bath is still broken after the number of reviews left about it, but at least the toilet worked. Overall had a nice stay.

There was plenty good about this rental. However the main draw for us was the yard and dock. Unfortunately the yard looked neglected for some time. The main issue was that there was an accumulation of goose feces throughout, preventing us from allowing our grandughter to play in the yard (or enjoy the yard at all). We also planned to enjoy the fire pit which was overgrown and not safe to use. Lastly the master bath shower was out of order, delaying our mornings.

Wonderful setting right by the park and lake. A great place for all ages. Two short comings. The upstairs shower was “out of order” and the yard could have used a good weed wack job.
