Modern House in Great Location with GAME ROOM!

Photos are deceiving, the property isn’t well maintained. The walls were littered with dirty hand prints and scuffs, food left on dishes in the cabinet, cookware has seen better days, bucket under sink for active leak, water damage/mold, grill space was stained and gross. Game room was missing ping pong balls, all cue sticks were missing tips. The home isn’t well insulated so you can hear everything from the street and freeway. Location to events was nice and entry was easy. Owner is very nice! Recommendation, check up on who your cleaning service. We found gummy bears stuck to curtains and fake nails on the floor.

Enjoyed the house. Very clean, however just minor things that I wished it had like an iron and ironing board, and wash cloths. The noise from the highway is loud at times, but overall a good stay.

Welcoming, Good communication

Location was good to access Charlotte area. The host was responsive when we reached out regarding the wifi issues though the wifi was still not working even after resetting the router numerous times.The fit and finishes of the property need attention. The towel bars in the bathrooms were loose, the seal around the front door wasn't tight, allowing cold air/light into the house. Taking plates from the cupboard, they were dirty. We washed them as there was nothing the host could do at that point. The kitchen was missing items. For example, 1 extra trash bag under the sink for a family of 7 for a week long stay is not enough, nor is a small 3 oz. dish soap. Only 5 K-cups provided & an empty box above the microwave. There were no 9x13 pans, measuring cups/spoons, cheese grater, or aluminum foil. We purchased some of these items & left for the next guest. The outside trash cans were very full when we arrived. To be fair, the host did reach out and ask us to take the trash cans to the curb 2 days into our stay/the day prior to pick up, but we did not see the request in time.We loved the dog friendliness of the property, the bowls and extra poop bags provided were thoughtful touches. However, there was a distinct aroma in the neighborhood when we walked the dog... Lastly, and not in the hosts control, the sound of cars racing down the street or highway in the middle of the night woke us up several times.

Very welcoming, great quiet neighborhood, easy access to the highway. Very clean, great activites for a night in. We will definately rebook, first pick.

I got this house for the close proximity to Carowinds, the space and the game room. It did not disappoint. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own space to relax and also enjoyed spending time in the game room playing air hockey. The location was great as we were there for Carowinds. It was right off I-77 which we were able to get there in less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hands down, our stay here was PHENOMENAL! The house was absolutely perfect! It was very comfortable, very spacious, super clean and pet friendly! Our host was awesome!!!!! Communication was quick, always available, and may I add, EXTREMELY welcoming & friendly. We are a family of 7 plus our fur baby/ service pup. Our kids are ages 8, 6, 4, 3, and 1. We are a big family with lots of little ones, so normally people tend to shy away from dealing us. 🫤 When I say we felt soooo welcomed with open arms, I mean it! Our host never made us feel like we were “too much” or a burden in any way! Thank you! The babies had a ball! They stayed occupied with the games and activities provided. The sleeping arrangements for them, my husband and I were PERFECT! We had a lovely, sun lit master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bathroom while the kids had one room of bunk beds (which they loved!) and another room with a day bed. They all shared the most beautiful , up to date bathroom which had a stand up shower! I could go on forever! Overall, this was a (what my son likes to call) “10 out of 10, must go there again” experience! Run, don’t walk, to book this property! We wanted to extend our stay, but they were already booked out and I see why! This was an awesome stay! Thank you!
