The house is situated in a unique location, on a cliff 100 m above the sea, offering a complete and stunning view of El Golfo bay, from the Roques de Salmor sea stacks in the east to Arenas Blancas beach in the west.
Tall mountains rise in the south, while the northern view is dominated by the Atlantic ocean.
The peaceful sorroundings are accompanied by a silence underpinned by the sound of the waves and seasoned with the sent of wild herbs.
After a 5 minute walk along an old fishermen's trail, one finds several natural ponds hidden in the rocky shore, filled with intensely blue water, known as the bathing spot of El Charco Azul. Meanwhile, the trail continues south into the mountains, where it is known as the Camino de San Salvador.
The climate is said to be the best on the entire island, even if the rim of the El Golfo valley is covered by clouds, the sun will still shine on the Charco Azul and its surroundings. Additionally, the closeness to the sea guaranties a pleasant breeze.
The spacious rooms are modern, have plenty of natural light and are very comfortable. For example, the tastefully decorated dining area gives way to a well-appointed kitchen with access to a porch with a table perfect for out-door dining. Furthermore, the living room provides a cozy atmosphere and is fitted with a comfortable sofa and an armchair as well as, a chimney perfectly arranged to enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Those who value special moments and experiences, will especially apreciate our conservatory, which is fully attached to the house and fournished with padded wicker sun loungers.
As for the exterior, the garden and several sun decks filled with benches, loungers and couches provide ample opportunity to sunbathe and relax.
The house is connected to the main thoroughfare by a short dirt road and the nearest town ( Frontera) with bars, restaurants and supermarkets is only a 5- minute-drive away.
