You enter this beautiful 110 m² house through the large open space on the ground floor, in a TV lounge furnished in a contemporary style, with its comfortable and modern sofa. Then, you discover a beautiful wooden tablewith a rustic top but modern in style, around which 8 cosy and colourful seats invite you to take a seat for a good meal. But before you feast, you'll need to pass through the brand new large kitchen. Very well equipped, you'll find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal.



This level is complemented by a shower room, an independent toilet, and a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160/200).



Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a second independent toilet. Three bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, welcome you for a good night's sleep. Two of them have a desk, for teleworking or holiday notebooks.



Another asset of this house is its enclosed garden, which allows children to play in complete peace while adults bustle around the plancha to prepare delicious grilled meats, to be enjoyed on the wooden terrace.
