Stayed Nov 6, 2025Space was well equipped with kitchen supplies to allow us to cook as needed. It was also easily accessible from major freeways in the Phoenix area. House was well kept and clean. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Poor Wifi speed and temperature inside the home when we arrived was 95 degrees on a 105 degree day. House was in a good location for south Phoenix and looked and felt clean.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025No problem getting into the house but it was 95 degrees inside the home. No fans and no AC were turned on prior to our arrival. It wasn’t until the middle of the night for the house to feel comfortable. When we arrived the next day after being out and about, the house was 85 degrees, even though we had set it to 72 per the instructions in the home. Evidently it didn’t detect anyone in the home so it shut off? The WiFi was quite slow. House was clean. Dining chairs were worn and wobbly.
