Modern Home with Heated Pool, Game Room, and 4 miles to the Beach!

Very nice house!

Air conditioner in the game room would be a perfect addition. Pet friendly, quiet neighborhood and nice home with a beautiful pool. Immediate response from host with any issues we had. We hope to rent again.

The home was very comfortable for my family of 7. We were in town for a graduation, and the home had plenty of space for us. We enjoyed the game room and eating out on the sun porch. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but the area looked really nice. The house was clean, and the host always responded quickly to my questions. We would stay here again if we're in the area again!

This house is beautifully decorated, was very clean and comfortable - and in a nice, quiet neighborhood! The pool was EXCELLENT, and since the weather was on the cooler side, being able to have it heated each day was perfect for us!

The seating in the living room was uncomfortable and not really adequate for 7 people to hang out and watch a movie or TV after a busy day at the beach. We ended up bringing the outdoor furniture inside. The pool was cloudy all weekend so that was disappointing.

The house was in immaculate condition with tons of room inside and out for my family of 6 and dog. The host was very quick and helpful with any communication. Could not have asked for a better or easier stay.

The house on the outdoor was dirty and not well kept. The indoor was better but furnishings were uncomfortable, cheap and very sparse. Location was great and exactly what we hoped for though and the dogs being allowed was much appreciated.

Lovely home with plenty of room for our family to spread out. We felt the home had everything we needed to enjoy our time and meals together. We also loved the neighborhood and the proximity to walking trails and everything we wanted to do.

We had a lovely stay in this very clean, organized, and well-planned home. It was immaculate! The host is very responsive and kind. The game room and heated pool were hits. The TV sitting area in the bedroom off the back porch was perfect spot for gamers to set up their consoles and play. The spacious screened patio is perfect for eating and visiting, as are the den and dining area. It's very well-appointed. Laundry pods are under the kitchen sink. Do bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will love staying here with friends and family!

Use of keypad was unclear. Kitchen good except poorly appointed-could use some condiments and spices. Insufficient towel supply for bathrooms and pool.

Good location in quiet neighborhood close to everything. Would suggest getting the SunPass before you go or first thing so you can drive across the bridge to the main beaches cheaper.

The house was great. It was clean and well organized. The furniture was not the most comfortable in the world, but we weren't there very much and when we were, we were in the pool. The most comfortable piece of furniture was in the game room. The WIFI was spotty and would often drop but, as I stated earlier, it wasn't that big of a deal to us as when we were there, we were in pool. The host was great! She sent us a message when we first got there and gave us the instructions on how to get in and what the WIFI password was and that if we had any questions, just to let her know. We never had any problems or questions so we did not bother her. She let us know on the last day what we needed to do and thanked us for staying at Pooches.

Had a great time! Larger than expected, very close to everything but a quiet neighborhood. For pet lovers, they may have every that you already need except for food when you’re ready to book!! I’ve never stayed at a home with an over abundance of necessities as well; coffee filters, extra towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid etc A very welcome surprise since you’re gonna miss packing something! Would love to go again !!

Nicely updated home in a cute, cozy neighborhood. Easy drive over to Pensacola Beach. Had one small issue with the A/C. Drain line was clogged which caused it to shut off. We let the property host know and it was fixed in a couple of hours ,even being a holiday. I would definitely recommend Rosie’s Retreat!

Outstanding. It was exactly how it was shown on line. The pool was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again.

My family and I really enjoyed our week here. The house was clean and a perfect layout for kids and dogs.

Communication from the very start was top notch! Quick helpful replies to any and all questions. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood while less than 10 minutes from the beach. Bathrooms large and beautiful, bedrooms large and comfy! Pool nice, easy to use cover. The deep end requires constant supervision of the littles but you should be watching anyhow. If there was 1 thing I thought would have made it better, better pool lighting, corner lights just not enough to have kids swimming after dusk. I would stay again 100%, the entire family and grandkids loved it!

This is a nice, remodeled house. Very spacious with four bedrooms. We had four couples and it was plenty of room. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold out, but it's a nice pool area.

We had a good time at the property for Christmas. Would stay at again.

We had a great stay here. The home was clean and modernly appointed. Communication with the owner was always met with a prompt response. We didn't need all 4 beds, but if you did, you'd still have plenty of space to spread out. We had our pup with us, so having the fenced in yard was nice for her to roam while we enjoyed the pool. If I had to find a gripe it would be the grill. It was very rusty and the middle burner was collapsing. Time for a new one. Other than that it was a 5-star stay!

This was a great spot for our family to enjoy some special time together in the Pensacola area! So easy to get to. Felt very safe and had all the amenities we needed. Open spaces are large, great for games and dining. Bedrooms + bathrooms were all cozy and clean. Owners were communicative and gracious. We'd totally stay here again!

The house was very spacious for all of us . The pool was very big . I wish the beach was walking distance, but we were aware it wasn’t and it still was not a bad drive . Might hate seeing how much toll bill we get. They need a new couch , there are two futon couches and not comfy at all . Also, some more towels for the home for a large group , we washed several times.

All seven who slept at Rosie’s Retreat gave👍👍👍👍👍. And we local parents, family enjoyed visiting. I don’t think anyone swam much…too busy visiting, etc. Especially loved the Rosie art. 😀 🐾🐶. Gus says hi.
