Comfortable, clean and well stocked home. Extremely responsive and understanding host. Our pup loved the fully fenced back yard. Great dining recommendations in the house notebook.

We love this house and will definitely be back! It was perfect for a trip with extended family, we all enjoyed the game room and the kitchen and dining area were a great central hub. So many extra details, from the themed rooms to the kitchen with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner, it was perfect. There were even lovely touches four our four legged family member, he was as spoiled as the rest of us with a comfy dog bed, blanket, towels, and treats. Such a great home, we’re looking forward to our next stay!

The home was wonderful. Very clean and a very well equipped kitchen. We cooked every night of our stay and had everything we needed. The hosts are more than accommodating and very responsive to our messges.

Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, and extremely responsive and helpful communications with owners. Very convenient location to the airport, downtown and Spokane Valley. Great parking. We had a party of 7 staying at the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the game themes of the rooms which were tastefully done!Will definitely try to stay again if going back to Spokane!

Our stay at Emerald's home was wonderful. The house was so clean and organized. It was obvious that great thought and care was put into all of the details found throughout the house. The entire residence was updated and simple to navigate. The kitchen had icons placed on the doors and drawers to easily identify their contents. The bathrooms were fantastic with spacious showers replete with shampoo and conditioner. The bedrooms were very comfortable with sturdy folding luggage racks and plenty of hangers in the closets. It was fun to discover the many game themed elements found throughout the house. The overall feel of the home provided a sense of peace and relaxation. The neighborhood was quiet and well located for quick access to the areas many amenities.All that entered the home were impressed by the quality and comfort found in the rental. Our visit was very memorable. We are excited to stay in the house during our next trip to Spokane.

This house and host were amazing. They have literally thought of everything. These hosts could teach other VRBO owners how to do it. I would definitely stay here again. Literally could not have been better. Close to the highway and can walk to coffee! However, you don’t need to walk to coffee because she has that all ready as well!

Just lovely! This is one of the best short term rentals we’ve ever stayed at! The description is 100% accurate! The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed! The board game theme is so cute and worked perfectly for our group. We stayed with a group of six adults for our son’s wedding. We requested an early check in and the owners were able to accommodate our request. Thank you!

Loved our weekend at Emeralds place! Very clean and looked exactly like pictures. Easy checkin/check out and she was very easy to communicate with. We had also left some items and Emerald was gracious enough to hold them until we were able to pick them up from her as we preferred over shipping. Would book again in the following years as great location and easy access to get back and forth from the basketball gym we were playing at.

This house was absolutely perfect for our 2 families that were staying here for a Volleyball tournament. The kitchen had every amenity we possibly needed and everything was extremely organized making it easy to find and put things away.The theme gamed rooms were all fun and very comfortable for each of us. Beds and linens were all comfortable.Downstairs game room was great for us. We gathered down there to watch March Madness basketball and took advantage of the numerous board games available and played a couple of those during out stay. This place was an absolute TEN! Would highly recommend it to all!

Sometimes I worry when I see a listing that looks too good to be true -- but this place delivered. So clean that even my mother-in-law was impressed -- and beautifully laid out with room for everyone. We spent an early Christmas with family here due to complicated schedules, and the house really contributed to everyone having a great time. Very functional kitchen with quality cookware and knives made it easy to host the inlaws and really contributed to the home away from home feeling.Neighborhood is walk-able (low volume streets, some with sidewalks) but there aren't many attractions within walking distance , although there are some amazing options for food just a short drive away. Host was responsive, helpful and friendly.
