Modern Home with Air Conditioning! Fire Pit! Peak 10 Views!

We had a fantastic summer vacation at this VRBO! The house was absolutely perfect for our group—two families and our mother, with kids ranging in age from 3 to 14. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a multi-family stay. The two living areas gave everyone plenty of room to relax and spread out, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The amenities were wonderful, and the beautiful views made it even more special. We had a small issue with the outdoor propane firepit, but the management company responded the same day and came out to try and resolve it. Overall, a wonderful home in a stunning location—highly recommend!

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The views were beautiful and it was very spacious. The home is getting worn and could use a deep clean. The property management team was very responsive and even dropped off a missing item from the home when we inquired. There was a lodge with a restaurant within walking distance and many trails within walking distance of the house.

The purpose of our trip was to enjoy relief from the heat and humidity of the Texas summer. Our five days in Breckenridge exceeded our expectations and the Hoppre Haus was a key contributor to the success of our trip. We were a total of 13 people including my five grandchildren ages 1-4. The Haus was awesome as there was sufficient room for everyone with great views of the mountains and close proximity to town. We lacked nothing and it even came with eating utensils and plates for toddlers! The ding for communication with the property manager is because I was only able to communicate by text since nobody answered the phone the two times I called. Otherwise, everything was great!

We have our Christmas in the summer with our adult children and their families and the house was perfect.

This is a beautiful home with comfortable furniture and plenty of bedrooms for our large group of 14. We were really close to town, just minutes to the Gondola and downtown Breckenridge shops and restaurants. We had Epic day passes for the alpine slide, And coaster and ropes courses . Our kids 3-18 all had fun. They had plenty of space to play downstairs. We had plenty of room to eat dinners together followed by long talks on the porch around the gas fire pit. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend!
