Stayed Oct 9, 2025Condition of the property was grossly misrepresented. We were traveling with elderly parents and the floors of this house were unsafe. Broken laminate, sinking flooring, broken floor vents that were sunken in, and sloppily caulked tiles that were raised up. Everything was a serious trip hazard.Left over food in the fridge, dirt and hair all over the bathroom floors. If the house was cleaned for our arrival it was subpar at best.Neighborhood was not the best.No contact at all from the host, even though we sent multiple messages. The only bright spot was from Kidane from Evolve management company who approved a full refund.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025I was looking for places to stay in the area. All the hotels in this area seemed to be sketchy based on the star reviews and names. I am so happy this property came up. The neighborhood and street was quiet. I didn't get the chance to stay at the property all day because we were in and out each day. It was clean and had everything we needed for a simple stay. It's close to the freeway which put us in the middle of where we needed to be.The beds are very firm. However I did sleep well each night. It has a deck on the back with a backdrop of trees which gives you a country field. I wish it had some solar lights out there. Nice huge front porch where you can sit and chill. I would definitely stay here again if I need to visit the area. After driving around and seeing the actual hotels, I thank God I chose to stay here. The property gave a great amount of towels and left a few pods for laundry and coffee.
